We got a surprise... we booked theThe only moderately economical hotel with the characteristics we wanted… and when we arrived we found that it is a place where happiness is fleeting but intense. And neither short nor lazy they encourage you widely with all kinds of positive reinforcements. Very interesting I must say. Our friends the cockroaches were part of the party.

The website directs you to a different hotel also called Midas, which is closer to the centre of Daegu. It was a surprise upon arriving at the other Midas Motel that we were at the wrong one.That being said THIS motel is a bit out of the way, but easily navigable with public transport. The staff were really kind (especially the older gentleman). The rooms were OK. There was a used face mask on the floor and used toothpaste in my room. Despite picking a "non smoking" room, you will always get one that has been smoked in.

Rotten mold smell in the room. The smell of cigarette smoke. Too severe.That smell coming from the semi-basement room is no joke.There was mold everywhere in the bathroom.
