I made a reservation at Yanolja, but the room was very cold. So I called to ask them to turn on the boiler, and when they said they would, I said thank you and hung up. A minute later, he called my room and said it would be warm if I turned on the electric blanket. He said it was because the floor was very cold. To be honest, this also made me feel bad. It seemed like they played it because they understood it. Then about 3 hours passed? The room got cold. It got colder and colder, and since I wasn't just in bed, I was shivering. For now, I just slept, but woke up in the morning shaking, got ready, and went out.I gave Yanolja a 3-star review and said it was a bit cold, but they reported it as a violation of my rights? It's ridiculous... For some reason, compared to what appeared in the Yanolja review, all the ratings were good. The facilities here are not that good either. I feel really bad and annoyed. I called Yanolja customer service and argued a lot.

There were a lot of things that didn't work and the floor was a bit uncomfortable to walk around barefoot, but considering the cost-effectiveness, I think it was great!
