Clean rooms, complete facilities, AC, TV, hot water. For the price of 200K a night, it's considered cheap. Close to city center. The receptionist is friendly.

At that time, I ordered via WA on a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) then after agreeing on the price for 2 days, TF had agreed according to the provisions, it turned out that the employee had the wrong price, where the price had increased and indirectly told TF there was a shortage. But we still chose a refund because it was the hotel's fault. Then the hotel said there was no refund and in the end you could still check in at the original price.The problem was that after the day at 14.00 I wanted to check in, I was told to wait about 15 minutes, they said the room was full and the officer was on the phone with someone. Even though I had a reservation, before the 15 minutes were up someone else checked in and immediately got the key.Then the officer gave me the key and said, I want the front room, because I don't know the view of the room, I just want it. After arriving at the room, it turned out that the window had 3 large cavities that were visible from the outside, namely a place for cigarettes.My only message is, if it's the hotel's fault, why should I be the one to be inconvenienced. That was the last time I went to the Vidtory hotel, the rooms were good but the service from the staff and management was very poor

I booked a week ago, but the room wasn't cleaned, it was dusty, the blankets were dirty, the towels were torn, there wasn't even a drop of shampoo, there wasn't even a drop of shampoo, the incharge's turn to complain instead answered that the previous shift wasn't overhand (what kind of answer is that 😅).When I left my bag, because it wasn't check-in time yet, the FO said I didn't have a reservation, even though I had given them my name, I didn't check it first, instead I threw it in, but when I checked in I was asked whether I had paid or not without checking the data first, I complained, but instead I answered that it was standard. that's how it is (that kind of answer 😅)He said thank you for the input, but stayed here 3 times and there was still no improvement.It's ridiculous... tomorrow, don't complain, just be patient... 😅😅😅

Boarding houses that function as hotels.The layout of the room is not quite right because the AC blows in the head of the bed area. Positifnya hanya ruang tidur yang luas. Amenity The only positive is the spacious sleeping space. Amenities outside the room are not good. .

For that price, there is no lift, the fo is bitchy, sorry, the curt answers are not good at all, the hotel is new but there is a bit of a haunted aura, but I'm not the cowardly type, I'm just very disappointed with the fo, which is not friendly. 1 star

The receptionist must be friendly and welcoming, ladies with skinny headscarves, please teach me etiquette, I'm just about to enter the room, I'm not in the mood, it's too complicated, it's like a star hotel, just sign and hold your ID card, my employees are taught etiquette and smile first.
