I chose a non-smoking room. But the smell of cigarette smoke was too strong. The reason was that someone was smoking in the next room and the smoke came into my room. The hallway was always full of the smell of cigarettes. The service was not good either. I asked for cleaning, but they only made up the bedding, emptied the trash can, and gave me towels. There was a factory nearby, and the smell of garbage burned along the river in front of the hotel was strong. I don't understand why this hotel's star rating is so high.

They had some sort of hanger screwed into the wall in a place where it was hard to see and hard to avoid bumping your head on it. Luckily I didnt hit it very hard but someone might. Otherwise it was a very nice room

There are also a lot of stains on the mattress from before I put it in, where is the staff making a lot of noise at night wearing really big helmets, can't it be reduced?

This is the first time I went to the hotel, from all sides there were lots of complaints.First, the room problem. There is a smoking ban in the room, but when you open the door the smell of cigarettes is very strong. Then when I wanted to take a shower the shower was broken so water was thrown everywhere.Second, service problems. The first time I arrived, I was immediately greeted by security with "good afternoon sir", this is the first time I was called koh while at the hotel, generally if you don't know our background you can use the general greeting "sir/mas". Then I asked for a morning call and there was no morning call at all.Third, parking problems. From the outside you can't see where the parking is, you automatically park in front of the hotel. If the parking lot is in the back of the hotel which incidentally is not visible to guests, please guests can complete their admin business first and then be directed to the back. This was only until I was immediately asked to move to the back.
