The cleaning staff only emptied trash bins the size of a bowl's mouth, and any trash on the floor next to the bed was not their responsibility to clean.2️⃣ Additionally, the electricity card (a separate piece of paper) was placed in the slot, but when we returned, it was gone. We called the front desk to inquire and were told to find a card ourselves. Later, we discovered it had been thrown on the ground…We felt this behavior was inappropriate and wanted to know if it was done deliberately by the cleaning staff or if there was some misunderstanding, as it was not to save electricity (since it was left there before checking in) or necessary for cleaning. So, we first called the front desk, and a young man who spoke English came. We described the incomplete cleaning and the issue with the discarded card. The young man kept saying “maybe there is a mistake” and apologized, but we wanted to get to the bottom of what happened, especially since we were facing a situation that defied common sense. We then went to the front desk to communicate, where a middle-aged man tried to use English at first but insisted on using a translator, making the communication very difficult. After several rounds of exchanges and showing him photos of the room's condition, he still avoided the main issues and was arrogant throughout, saying things like they didn't change the sheets again after the first night because we chose to have them changed , and that the hotel had no responsibility regarding the card issue.
