BAD BAD BAD SERVICENo exaggeration, a summary in one sentence: If you stay at this hotel, it’s best not to have any accidents, or the hotel will simply say, “We’ve checked, and there is no responsibility on our part.”The scenery is indeed beautiful, and many people come for the beach itself.Let me share my experience during my stay; it’s subjective.1️⃣ We booked the hotel for three nights and requested a change of sheets daily, but they only changed them once. The cleaning staff only emptied trash bins the size of a bowl's mouth, and any trash on the floor next to the bed was not their responsibility to clean.2️⃣ Additionally, the electricity card (a separate piece of paper) was placed in the slot, but when we returned, it was gone. We called the front desk to inquire and were told to find a card ourselves. Later, we discovered it had been thrown on the ground…We felt this behavior was inappropriate and wanted to know if it was done deliberately by the cleaning staff or if there was some misunderstanding, as it was not to save electricity (since it was left there before checking in) or necessary for cleaning. So, we first called the front desk, and a young man who spoke English came. We described the incomplete cleaning and the issue with the discarded card. The young man kept saying “maybe there is a mistake” and apologized, but we wanted to get to the bottom of what happened, especially since we were facing a situation that defied common sense. We then went to the front desk to communicate, where a middle-aged man tried to use English at first but insisted on using a translator, making the communication very difficult. After several rounds of exchanges and showing him photos of the room's condition, he still avoided the main issues and was arrogant throughout, saying things like they didn't change the sheets again after the first night because we chose to have them changed , and that the hotel had no responsibility regarding the card issue. It seems that everything is the tourist's fault; the hotel just collects money, and any negligence is the tourist's burden.To sum it up in one sentence, it is best not to have any accidents when staying at this hotel, otherwise the hotel will only say "we have confirmed it and we have no responsibility"First of all, the scenery is really good, and many people come here just for the beach;Finally, let me tell you about my stay experience. Different people have different opinions.1️⃣ After booking a hotel for three nights, we requested that the sheets be changed every day, but they were still only changed once. When cleaning garbage, we only clean trash cans with a diameter as large as a bowl. Anyway, it’s all the tourists’ fault. The hotel is only responsible for collecting money. If there is any negligence, it will be the tourists’ responsibility.

The transportation is convenient. There are CU and GS25 at the door. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach.

I stayed there for a family trip and everything was bad except the location.The lobby staff are also very friendly, so only the friendly staff are friendly.I called for the lost item I left in the room, but they said it wasn't there because they didn't want to bother sending it to me. I don't plan on going back anyway, but it's not good.

Located along the coast in a touristy town, surrounded by food, amenities, and attractions. If you get an ocean fronting room the view is great for the price, but the rooms are no-frills, and the bed, is hard.
