The hotel will only be operating in 2024, the hotel is clean, great👍 the AC is cold, mineral water refills are available in the corridor, it's just that the availability of car parking is limited

When I stayed here, I left my tote bag and put it in the chair in front of the receptionist. Previously, I said that if I leave it first, I'll lose my responsibility, even though CCTV is there, but I don't want to check it, and for the employee, the guy with a rather large body is a bit lazy, keep your attitude!

Information from the receptionist, this hotel has only been running for 7 months, and there is no restaurant yet.The rooms are comfortable, nice and still clean.

Assa Hotel could be a recommendation if you are visiting Semarang. Apart from its strategic location close to Kota Lama, Simpang Lima and the culinary center, the prices are also pocket friendly. Every corner of the hotel is aesthetic, there are lots of spots for photos. The staff is friendly & very helpful. Next time I will come back here again 🤩👍🏻

This was my first time staying here because I had plans to rest for a day in Semarang because I was finished with educational tourism activities. Ordering via application, but still comfortable during the check-in process. The room is comfortable because it is not cramped, the size is just right.Small children also feel comfortable here, the lighting is good, and the simple design creates a maximum resting atmosphere.

The empty bottle in the room was still wet, I don't know if this was used or if it had been washed.Strategic location. For aesthetic buildings. Minimalist rooms but everything functions well. There's Netflix. Windows can also be opened.

there were cockroaches & small animals jumping on the bed sheets, pillows & blankets, and there was hair falling out next to the bed (carpet). sorry, disgusting. The location of the hotel is strategic, but the service & cleanliness looks like it needs to be improved again. To park, you have to give the key to the security guard, but when you want to leave, the security guard is not there & no one helps you get out.

A brand new budget hotel in central Semarang, location are really strategic apart from being far away from the airport. The design was aesthetically built in monochromic theme, the vibes was really cozy and comfy.The staff were helpful and friendly. Price were fairly affordable. The room and hotel area were well maintained and clean. The only thing to consider was it has very limited/narrow parking space in the hotel area.R&D

The AC is not cold at all and the fan is noisy even though the temperature is 16, the elevator is noisy and can be heard all the way to the room, the flush is small, you can't get slippers, you can't get a drink, you have to fill it up from outside the room, the parking is narrow

First impression is that the room is spacious, the bathroom is comfortable and clean. The TV is a smart TV, the floor is also modern. It's comfortable to live there. overall the rooms are comfortable and modern. The staff are also friendly. Hopefully the shortcomings can be further improvedDisadvantages:- WiFi in my room (near the elevator) is not optimal and turns off. If you get a maximum of 3 bars. Often 1 bar, yesterday the max speed was 4Mbps. Hopefully there will be further improvements. Every time you turn off the wifi and turn it on again you have to log in again. The wifi that was given to me was only "assa hotel", only- Maybe because it's on the side of a big road, the sound of elevated vehicles can be heard clearly, so it seems noisy.
