I made a reservation about 3-4 days in advance, but it was canceled 3 hours before the reservation on the same day.They said it was a duplicate reservation, that confirmation was late, and that there was nothing they could do because accommodation was a priority.They also told us to cancel 3 hours in advance, so we had to take action on our own.As someone who came all the way on vacation, I was embarrassed and very uncomfortable.I apologized, but it wasn't an apology like an apology, and I lost my place due to cancellation without notice without any solution.Rather, they treated me like I was a sensitive and unpleasant customer, and I hope that anyone who reads this review will never go there.During the peak season, it is a business where the owner is the boss and the customers are the boss.

I made a reservation for a large room a few days ago, but even though they were fully booked at the time, they accepted it and canceled the reservation after giving me 3 hours notice on the same day. After that, they didn't provide any compensation or follow-up. It's just trash. Mind.
