Because something urgent came up, I arrived later than the check-in time. Staff in charge. I had a good rest because they treated me so kindly. It's spacious and cozy. The bedding is also very cozy. It is a place with good accessibility as it is close to amenities!

The rooms are very clean. This hotel has a variety of play facilities and conveniences for children. Normally, unless it's a kids pension, it's hard to find a kids' room in a hotel. I thought this place was really well-organized. So the kids were able to have fun too. I had a good night's sleep on the soft bedding. The location is great, so you can move around without a car. .The staff are also very friendly~ Although it is a 2 star rating.I had a great time and rested well in a place that was as good as a 5 star♡♡

I liked it because it was clean. I was worried that I got it in a hurry, but it was so nice. Above all, it was very comfortable. There was no mustiness at all. The bedding was well organized and it was quite spacious haha.

PAVILLA is located at Ulsan City.The place is spacious and has complete toiletries. It is located in front of the valley and with beautiful mountain views,my kids enjoyed the place..Cooking is not allowed inside properties. No cooking tools but available some basic table setting for take out foods.1st floor: It's either play room OR hot pool. (Can't have both at the same time. Because they are separated room.)2nd floor: has a good bedroom setup.Take note: Reservation is a must.We booked a room with Playroom without knowing it doesn't include Hot Pool . So we asked the staff if we could change the room with hot pool as we came here for the hotspring experience. The staff explained it well that we should have reserved it earlier because it took a lot of time for a water boiler to produce hot water to fill the space of the hot pool. She allows us to transfer for 50,000 won on our own choice, and she clarifies that the hot pool will surely not be that hot. The staff is right. We didn't enjoy the pool, walk-in, or sudden change of mind availing HOT POOL is not worth it. The bathtub in the 2nd floor toilet is hotter and better than the hot pool on the 1st floor..We waited 3 hours to transfer as the cleaner is only 1 person.Check in Time: 4 PMCheck out Time: 11 Am
