I have never been to a better value hotel in South Korea.||In fact, it is way better than many hotels that cost twice as much.||Clean and well-equippedrooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent location, great view, reasonabl-priced breakfast, etc.

It is a room with a view of the Taehwa River, so it has a charm as it rains and the sun rises. It was nice to see the Street of Youth and the Central Traditional Market as they were directly connected to the arcade. It's a bit disappointing that the parking lot is tower-style, but it's nice to be able to park in a nearby public parking lot and get your money back. There is a small CU in the lobby, so it is convenient to use.

The fire alarm went off due to a malfunction and everyone evacuated from early in the morning, but the firefighter said that there was no one at the front desk and they could not contact the front desk. Fortunately, it was a malfunction, but the fire alarm sounded as quietly as the sound of an ant, so if it had been a real situation, elderly people would not have been able to evacuate.

The person who said he was the hotel owner. The one who screamed loudly. The person who was screaming and trembling.When I was about to load the parking tower, there was a car leaving, so I was waiting in the parking space outside, but another car cut in and I had no choice but to wait there for a little while longer. At that time, a Lincoln vehicle appeared and he asked me what I would do if I left this old man's car like this. I said that if the car leaving to stock the tower leaves, I will stand aside and wait to stock the tower.The owner of the Lincoln car suddenly got out and said, “I’m the owner here, so get out of the car. You’re the reason I can’t park!!!” He said.It didn't make sense to me, so I said, "I was waiting to park here at the tower..."He said, “That’s your problem, get out of the car!!!!” He screams out loud.I was even more at a loss and said, “No, please listen to what I have to say.. This is the situation right now..”He said!! “It’s a hot day, so why do I listen to you!!! Take the car out!!! Take it out!!! Take it out!!! Take it out!!! Take it out!!! Take it out!!!”His eyes were half rolled back, his face and body were trembling and he was screaming.Owner of Riverside Hotel.... Do you know that the entrance is complicated due to entering and exiting the parking tower during check-out time? If you are the boss, you would know, right? You showed up at that time and in such a situation and gave such fear to the customers using the hotel because they had trouble parking, like someone on drugs... Are you the boss?I would like to inform this fact to those who plan to use the Ulsan Riverside Hotel!!!Be sure to refer to it and use it!!!!! You can get treated like this by the hotel owner because of parking!!!!

Easy to access. There is a machine for check in& out. Almost everything about the hotel. We had double&single bed with no view room. But still can see the river some.

There was no internet for 2 nights. The cleaning wasn't very good, there were hairs here and there... The staff's response was really bad. The gym is dark and half of the lights are out.It seems like only the employee who parked the car is working properly.

*Advantages1. The first thing is, of course, the view of the Taehwa River. Although it is downtown, it was nice to see the view in the morning and evening.2. It’s in the downtown area of Ulsan, so it’s good to go around.3. There is a street of youth right on the back street, so it is good to look around, and if you go to the top of the street of youth, there is a traditional market.4. The bedding is very clean and the interior is neat and tidy.5. The shower water flows well, and the bathroom bidet is well equipped.6. A sink and grill for easy cooking are hidden in the wall next to the bed, allowing for easy cooking.*disadvantage1. Parking is mechanical, so RVs are not possible, and the parking lot on the first floor is small, so it can only be used for in/out.(However, you can use the Taehwa River parking lot after passing the 1-2 street tunnel, and parking fees will be refunded at the reception.)2. The distance between the toilet seat and the dressing table is narrow, so I think it will be a bit uncomfortable for larger people.(Instead, I could put a book or my phone on it and look at it comfortably)3. The street right behind is the street of youth, but around 21:00, the atmosphere was tense and many places were closed, so it was impossible to burn off youth until late.4. The wall at the hinge of the shower room in room 1305 was wide open, so the glass door in the shower room did not close properly, causing some water to splash out, which was uncomfortable. I hope the hotel will fix this.=> Highly intend to visit again!!!

It's in front of the riverside parking lot in Seongnam-dong, so the view is great. The facilities are good and the staff are friendly. It's free if you park at the tower, but there's a fee if you park on the first floor. There's a mini convenience store and a gym on the second floor. It's great to be able to walk around. If I had to pick one thing, it's the TV. I don't like it. Thanks to you, I had a great rest.

This is an accommodation I used occasionally when I went to Ulsan before. It's clean and on the riverside, so it's great for a walk, and there's a market, so there's plenty to eat nearby. However, the breakfast was poor, we had to clean and use the table, and there were only a few types of food, but many of them had already run out, so I was disappointed because there wasn't much to eat. I don't recommend eating breakfast.
