Pros:the GuestHouse owner is not present in the reception, in fact, this guest house doesn`t have any reception at all .to get in to main entrance you have to push this key : Code #and get in to your room the password must be like this : Code *Location is perfect , near to Seoul Central station only 5 to 10 min walk , good for travelers from airport or traveling via train from other city to Seoul.but around the station you can find a lot of Beggar or homeless and you don't feel safe.Accessibility and location is perfect, if you are a traveler like me and you just need a place to sleep and spend whole day to visit the city, here is good location for you.There is big mall ( Lotte Mart ) inside seoul station ( you can google it ) and you can find a lot of cheap stuff there with good quality, don`t waste your money and time to buy from local shops.-to turn on the air condition, there is a power plug with adjustment, you have to turn on the yellow button next to plug then push the remote button.Cons:-there is No elevator, and this guest house have 2 floors. room 101,102,103 in ground floor and rest of the rooms on 2nd floor-Toilet and shower are in same place, so its a causes of odor smell in whole room. there is a sewage smell in bathroom and you can smell it . but you can open the ventilation to vacuum it.-shower and face washer has same pipe, so be carefuller after the shower adjust it to hand wash not to shower.-Blanket and linen are not clean ( i am sure, he didnt` wash or changed them ) , so bring a clean linen or bed-sheet when you can to stay there.- always you can see new guest who was getting stuck behind the main entrance he/she don't know how to use the password and trying to contact reception but he is not available .
