Cleanliness is an advantage. I went to Building K because I heard there was an elevator, but since you have to climb the stairs to get to the first floor anyway, wheelchairs or strollers cannot be used.The official parking lot is too far away, so everyone parks illegally in front of the building and on narrow streets. Although it is not a pest, forest bugs appeared. There is some noise between floors.

As of the winter of 2019, I like the clean and good facilities that were recently built. The landscaping is very well maintained and outdoor recreation facilities are well established. Good for spending quality time with family. Even if it is not the ski and water season, staying here in the off-season can be quite affordable and satisfying. The boiler in the accommodation building is working well, and all buildings have elevators, so it is convenient. Since we also run a charcoal grill restaurant, there is no need to prepare meals. If you want, you can go grocery shopping and use the barbecue facilities in the pension. Uniquely, the veranda is very large and equipped for grilling meat, so you can get a very good response from family or friend gatherings. The downside is that the road within the pension complex is sloped and the parking lot is small near the accommodation building, so you have to move towards the restaurant to park.
