This makes very uncomfortable memories that will forever be traumatized, I rented here disappointed that the owner was not friendly, paying felt like a thief was being watched by CCTV, surprisingly there were guards outside & inside. The one who was horrified was the guard inside πΉπππ€ gave me goosebumps even though there was a broken AC in 1kmr & If the water is not hot, I've kept it clean, but it's still clamped even though it's helpful to know that if I keep it clean, the renter is ungrateful... it makes the renter disappointed. Think about it, after renting it out, you have to clean it yourself, the house says it's for sale, isn't it? It's still selling, but it's a good thing. If the main road is going to leave, there's a lot of traffic jams. NB: be careful. So that it can be sold/rented/intentions to rent it, don't get rid of the awesomeness of the occupants, I've thought about it myself, thank you for the CCTV.

Spacious house and car port, old deco interior. Modern kitchen. Rooms perfectly air con'ed. Bathroom is clean yet need to tighten hanger screwsCan improve noise reduction at the windows as the house is next to a main road where endless traffic noise heard throughout the night.

The place is comfortable, the house area is spacious, suitable for activities with friends or family. Also close to the city and nightly culinary delights. There is also a large stock of food provided and the facilities are complete with a refrigerator and air conditioning in each room and there is a water heater in each bathroom

A very comfortable place to stay with friends or family, plus the location is on the side of the main road so access is not difficult, and various locations are easy to reach. The owner is very friendly, responsive and informative so that no problems occur.Overall very satisfied while staying here, highly recommendedππ»

TP20 Semarang is spacious with two bed rooms and two living rooms to accommodate large group, in my case 7 people. The house is clean and provide complete basic utilities, from cups, glasses, plates, frying pan, boiling pan, stove, rice cooker, microwave, fridges, spoons and forks.Further, the owner also provided some instant noodles, coffee, tea, cooking oil, bottled drinking water and some outdoor games as well as board games. We were very grateful that we could check in very late at night almost at 23.00.It is so close to busiest streets in Semarang if you want to hang around, such as Simpang Lima, Pandanaran, and near to several shopping malls, markets as well as restaurants.Location is also easy to be pinned for Gofood if you just want to stay at home. Plenty of local food choices around the accommodation if you want to have culinary adventure.However, the semi-transparant bathroom inside the front bedroom can makes you be a bit uncomfortable if you share the bedroom with several people.The second bathroom inside the back bedroom didn't have hot water when we were there, but it was not a big problem with Semarang's humid weather.The location of the kitchen, where basically outside the main building, is a bit inconvenient, especially during the night.The accommodation may not be recommended to those who are light-sleepers, since the road in front of the house is so noisy even during midnight.

Overall, it's a good place, but the garden needs to be tidied up, household rubbish if possible is taken out every day so it doesn't attract flies, hot water for bathing also needs attention.
