friendly service. near the city center mall. As for the rooms, the old building is not clean. The AC was cold at first. "trouble for a long time, so it's not cold, can't sleep. started at 3 in the morning. reported it to the guard. just had a look. there was no service improvement. the lobby room has air conditioning but can be used for smoking.

Just stayed here, the room is okay, not too big, clean, AC and running water, hot water too, the staff are friendly, all very helpful, apparently breakfast is included.The price is cheap but I got a really good room and serviceThe only minus is that the mattress makes a sound hahaThanks everyone😁😁

The room is pretty good with a view out the window. Everywhere nearby, especially at intersection 5. What's lacking is that the bathroom has paint and mold and the shower is dirty. Sometimes the shower produces water by itself. The TV is a bit difficult to operate. The best location and parking

Near Ciputra Mall, near Nasi Gandhul too, very close to Simpang Lima, near Lawang Sewu, near DP Mall. Not soundproof. Hot water doesn't work enough

For that price, everything is ok, but unfortunately, the room AC isn't cold at all, the TV is off, the warm water doesn't work.

A very strategic place to stay, next to the Ciputra mall. The rooms are decent, but not very clean. Everything else is ok

The location is very strategic in the middle of the city and near the mall. It's easier to find food by walking, there are lots of stalls. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, the AC is also ok. it's just that the sheets and towels look a little dull

The service is really bad. How come bro and sis serve while playing ML? Is that what the SOP is? Is that polite? And at that price the room isn't great. The hot water doesn't work, the room is old, the sheets and blankets are dirty and have turned yellow and there are pen marks on them, and the towels especially... they smell so bad I can't even hold them because I'm so disgusted. The man on duty also asked for help, masyaallah. Really, if I wasn't in a pinch I wouldn't stay here. Worst experience.
