There was a strange smell in the room, no bottled water in the refrigerator, the dryer was old, the bathroom smelled, there was expired food in the store, there was no convenience store nearby, there were water purifiers on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, but no cups (there were on the 1st floor)

5 points for cost-effectiveness. The front desk is friendly and the lobby and entire building are quite large. Biyangdo can be seen from the first floor. There's something slightly obscured in front...The building looks a bit old, but the inside is clean. Looks like it was remodeled.Even though I couldn't come with my dog due to circumstances, they gave me a welcome kit. Breakfast includes self-baked ham, eggs, toast, soup, cereal, and milk.The family room has 3 rooms, and the smallest room has an ondol (floor heating system), which is suitable for 2 adults, but can also accommodate 3 people. The rest of the rooms have beds, so they are suitable for 2 people. If one person sleeps on the floor in the largest room, it can accommodate up to 8 people. The bed is uncomfortable.Recommended for homes with dogs and large families.

It's a great place and the facilities are great. So kind. It's great to wake up early in the morning and take a walk to Hyeopje Beach. Highly recommended.
