First came, bad service, arrived and was greeted by the receptionist, gentlemen aged around 60, and young people aged around 25 who just kept quiet. Then without Babibu, immediately asked for an ID card and said "the key is already stuck in the door, just go straight to the top of the 3rd floor" with an expression that didn't look good.Second, my order was a double bed, but when I got to the room, it turned out to be a twin bed, and I wasn't told when I arrived. As soon as I complained, the gentlemen just answered "what else, there's something like that" with an annoying expression. Then I complained to the young man who was with him only to get the same answer, "that's how it is".However, after seeing me emotional, the young man informed me that if someone checked out we would move their room. Finally I moved rooms at 16:30, I arrived at 14:10.Third, I don't expect much from accommodation of this class, and some things can be understood, but just for your information, the room uses a fan, the bathroom mat is still wet, the sitting toilet has been converted into a squat toilet, the water is sometimes big and sometimes small, a sarong the pillow has lots of stains, the door doesn't have a latch to close unless it's locked, the lock has problems and often gets stuck, the bathroom doesn't have a lock.Fourth, the next day, at 08:30, when I was taking a shower, the water suddenly turned off, after I confirmed, it turned out there was repair work and I had to turn off the water WITHOUT CONFIRMING THE CUSTOMER!!In essence, this was a BAD experience for me. I understand that price determines quality, and I often stay at places with the same price, but the quality is never as bad as this.

Yesterday I stayed in room no. 306, at night around Β± 00.00 there were lots of mosquitoes, I also stayed in my own corner room (307/308) and there were also lots of mosquitoes. Less comfortable. The TV was broken and couldn't turn on either. What to do? Facilities are not good

the fan was broken the tv was broken the bathroom door was broken the wifi wasn't available the price was so expensive but the check out facilities were very disappointed really didn't say it there were no towels no shampoo got soap only there were no tissues just really really disappointed

Ordered 1popmi 2 hours before it arrived, the mattress was full of lizard droppings
