These are studio rooms with a small kitchen for snacks but no cooking facilities. It is very clean there is the possibility of washing your clothes the hotel is located near the airport and the city center of Jeju. This is the best deal we found on the island after the disappointments we had.

Self-service check-in, room attendants are also available. There are several restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. There are many Chinese tourists in this area, and it is also very close to Jeju Airport.

Amazing use of space and ergonomically designed with all the amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay. Located along a mall with eateries and shops and within walking distance to TWO duty free shops, shopping and dining are sorted. Simple and convenient room etiquette creates a clean, safe and friendly place to ‘hang your hat’ and recuperate from all you do at Jeju city.

didnt receive any check in info till i arrived. got it sorted out when i received it via whatsapp. good location, only 1 stop away to the airport via the airport shuttle. great amenities and facilities available

Hi Residences was a wonderful place to stay in Jeju. It's a great price for what you get and it's conveniently located to restaurants, spas, and shopping. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and modern. Staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach despite only having communicated with them virtually. We had a minor issue with an appliance, but the staff was quick to respond and took responsibility of the matter. Two thumbs up!

I love the location. It is truly centralized, with shops, restaurants, bars, casinos, all within reasonable distance. The rooms are clean, self-contained and comfortable, including washer, kitchen, wifi, AC and heated wooden floors. The staff is prompt and extremely friendly. No issues to complain about.

The place is super neat, in the heart of Jeju city vibrant lifestyle/night with minimum noise, brand new coffee shop downstairs and convenient rooftop for quieter time looking at the sea. Thumbs up

Nice view and convenient.If I could receive check in email with password details, before or around 3 pm on check in date but not sending email for asking staff instead would be great!Thanks for arranging high floor and no tail room :)

They don't answer the phone after 7 o'clock, so it's difficult to connect.They said there was something lost, but they couldn't find it, and they couldn't send the rest by courier. They told me to pick it up, but in Seoul?Will never revisitNot even 1 star
