It was truly the worst accommodation that I can't describe in words. Normally I don't even write reviews, but it's so bad that I'm writing this because I want other people to avoid making reservations.1. Although it is the first hotel, it is not clean. For example, the bathroom was not cleaned well, alcohol was left on the table and chairs, and dust was rolling around under the tiles.2. Construction is underway right next to the second hotel front desk.Even after 3pm, the check-in time, the noise is really, really loud. I stayed in building B, and it was so noisy that it made me feel stressed.It is not normal for construction work to be carried out at a hotel where you can relax while charging high rates during the peak summer season. Of course, I don't want to call it a hotel.3. Third. There is a room called the linen room on each floor where laundry is collected, but the soundproofing in the hotel is really bad, so the rooms next to and in front of the linen room will be really stressful due to the noise. Even after check-in time, between 3:00 and 5:00, the sound of carts carrying laundry is very loud every 5-7 minutes, creating a fantastic collaboration with the noise of a construction site.4. Fourth, this is an additional issue regarding soundproofing mentioned in number three. This hotel not only has problems with soundproofing the front door, but the noise between floors is also really serious.Of all the motels and hotels I've stayed in in my life, the noise between floors was the worst.5. Fifth, the hotel itself was built incorrectly and the interior was poorly constructed. For example, there is no electrical outlet next to the mirror in front of the bathroom.When drying your hair, you should plug it into a wall outlet. In other words, you can't stop someone by looking in the mirror. This is really absurd. How could they come up with it without even checking the basic interior? Haha, you know a thing when you see one, but that's exactly the case with this hotel.6. This is the attitude of the employees. I told the front desk staff about the lack of noise cleaning due to noise construction in the linen room, but probably because there have already been many complaints from many guests, they did nothing and just apologized. Haha I am also not a hotel manager, so the front desk staff was not a hotel manager, so I was proactive. I didn't protest.7. Seventh, employees are insufficiently familiar with basic information about resort-related facilities. When I inquired about using Big3, a leisure sport in front of Kalacata Resort, the front desk assistant answered that I had to use the leisure sports to use Big3, so I thought that was the case. When I inquired over the information phone, they said no. The front desk staff didn't know either, so I called the assistant manager and asked. The answer was incorrect information. Haha. Before discussing basic training for employees, I guess the assistant manager, who is an educator, was also not trained haha.8. The staff who clean each room and manage the hotel are all foreigners, so communication is difficult.Except for the front desk staff, most of the staff are foreigners, so if you have any questions, you have to go directly to the front desk to ask questions as there are no phones in the rooms.It's disgusting service to have foreign employees come in even though you haven't checked out haha :) This is the first time in my life that I've been to a hotel where they come in when the door opens even though they haven't checked out... No, it's never been like that at a motel. lol9. Parking space is very very very short.Check-in time was 3:00, so I arrived at 2:30, but there was only one seat left, and if you come in after eating, the hotel parking lot is always full.Nearly 10 cars are parked diagonally next to the road leading up to the hotel.We also went up to the vacant lot and parked haha.There are a lot of other ridiculous things besides this, but I hope you won't use them at least to this point! :))
