Xinxin Hotel Jeju AirportJeju Island HotelThe picture in the front is a 1005 double bed room, and the other rooms are a triple room with 1 large bed and 1 small bed.If you need another room card, you can bring the room card to the counter and inform one more. However, if it is lost during check-out, a card printing fee of 10,000 won will be charged for each room card.Amenities are placed according to the number of people occupying the bed. If you need extra pillows, quilts, etc. in the room, 20,000 won will be charged for each amenity.The location is great~ It is located next to the Liandong business district. About 200 meters to the left when you go out of the side door is Olive Young. There are BHC on both sides (past the zebra crossing on the right) & BBQ Fried Chicken (directly opposite the pedestrian street). It is also about 7 meters away from Lotte outlet. minuteThe lighting is dim and the room is not big (the triple room is a suite with a large space, a bathtub and a flush toilet)There are international sockets and USB ports in the room, no adapter is neededThe WiFi account is the room number, no password is requiredTwo bottles of water, coffee bags, and tea bags in the refrigerator are provided in the room.Slippers are indoor slippers ~ not disposable⚠️There is a do not disturb switch in the room, please pay attention to the reminder if you continue to stay.#formerly JR RAMADA ENCORE in 2018

Rooms:The room is dark even all the lights on room are turned on. The motion sensing light bear the entrance is sometimes to sensitive and sometimes not sensing anything.. The noise from the street are very audible.Service: It's the first time I stayed in a hotel which doesn't help clients to call local taxi.. especially when the local taxi drivers are so picky (it's not the hotel's fault though). And I was certain that left my jacket in room (my bad). When I sent email to ask if they are able to find it and deliver back to my home country, the only response was "not available"Location: Just 5min taxi ride to airport. The pick-up/ drop-off is small that can only fit in 2 vehicles.

Bad experience during our stay in Jeju. Bad staff attitude especially a young boy with curly hair wearing glasses in reception. The staff in the previous night committed to help order a Taxi for the next Morning trip to airport. However, the young boy in the next morning was not helpful at all and rejected and asked us to find ourselves at 5am. If I can rate 0 for Service, I would do so. Hotel location was ok, 5-10 minutes to Airport. But there is no shuttle bus per mentioned in the booking website to Airport. Room was dark and we found dirt in the towels. Definitely not recommend to anyone who wants to visit Jeju.

The rooms, service, and location are all good, but the reason for the 3-star rating is that the parking lot is across the street, 100 meters away.There was a lot of luggage so it was difficult to drag it around.

Only breakfast at hotel is excellent and location is close to airportNegatives -One pillow in room when asked for extra was asked to pay. Ridiculous. Give two pillows for each adult for free that is basic.Every day had bad dreams in the room would not go back. Stayed for 3 nights and same issue.Toilet upstairs to the lobby and also breakfast area toilet smelly and not clean.I would not go back due to toilet and asking to pay for pillow. Best was breakfast and location that’s it.

The hotel was quite clean.However, the service was less than I expected. First of all, only one large towel and one small towel were provided. When they said they needed another key, they asked for a deposit of 10,000 won. The bed was small and a bit uncomfortable.There were cases where the door was left open because it was not locked properly. However, the basic facilities were well equipped and there were good electrical and charging facilities near the bed. The location wasn't bad.There were quite a few restaurants nearby.Breakfast was provided, but it was basic and ordinary. The taste was so-so and I ate the toast.There were a lot of people in the restaurant in the morning, so it was crowded and a little messy.The elevator was smoother than expected and the lobby was large.There was no bidet in the bathroom and toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided. Vino was provided, and shampoo, body cleanser, and hair conditioner were provided. The water flowed well and the water pressure was good. Hot water came out right away. A hair dryer, water kettle, and personal safe are provided.

A good value for money place to stay for one night near the airport. It's cost-effective, so it's a good place if you don't expect the same level of hotels in Jungmun. There are many places to eat nearby and there is a park next door, so you can take a leisurely stroll.

I stayed on the 8th floor. The room was clean and the view was toward the building next door, so I had the curtains closed, but there was not much noise, so I was able to sleep comfortably. Toiletries, etc. must be purchased separately, but the accommodation price is reasonable so it is reasonable. It is convenient to use Kakao Taxi when traveling to the airport.

Excellent value for money!! Unless you are planning to stay in the room for a long time anyway, business hotels are cheap and okay. It's close to the airport, and Yeon-dong is like Myeong-dong in Seoul. It feels like Jungang-ro, full of things to see, do, and eat within a 5-minute walk. Accommodation in the heart of Yeondong! It's my first time staying at Shinshin Hotel and it's good. The water pressure in the toilet is weak (the reason I took off one star, it drains easily if you space it out), and the bathroom sink has cold and hot water! There is a convenience store right nearby, and the breakfast buffet restaurant in the basement is also good value for money. Public PC in the first floor lobby. Free scan, print, copy, and printer. WiFi to each door. shampoo. conditioner for hair. Body wash. A cute soap for washing your hands. Dryer. Personal safe. Coffee pot. Basic mixed coffee, tea, and refrigerator. TV. Personal pin lighting. Big closet. Towels are changed every day. Empty the trash can. Great service!Above all, for children with weak bronchial tubes. I had a great three nights in a comfortable bedroom thanks to the attention to cleanliness and ventilation before arrival! Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.

The location is very close to the airport, which makes it super convenient. The service was great, too. However, the bathroom door made a lot of noise when opening and closing, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, considering the quality compared to the price, I will come back again.

This is a 2-star hotel.The location is in Shinjeju and there are many group guests.Don't expect much from the hotel's infrastructure, but with the watch and value for money, it's good for a one-day stay when you have a morning flight.
