This is my first time seeing a hotel like this in my life. I remember my trip with my parents, which only happens once a year, as the worst.They gave me a different room that I had booked from the first time I checked in, but I was horrified to see that the room had not been cleaned at all.The first moment was the worst when I was excited about traveling to a room that other people were using. I was very disappointed, but I felt less uncomfortable if they had let me in by saying that the room I had originally reserved had not been cleaned in the first place and that it was a 10th quarter bridge.Seeing the dirty room first made me feel like I was traveling. The business ondol room is noisy, as stated in the reviews. I checked by phone the day before in advance and talked about it when I checked in, but no action was taken. They were talking about some kind of playground, but I could just hear the sound of water flushing from the upper floor , people passing in the hallway, and the sound of doors closing. I was a light sleeper so I checked in advance, but if you had been honest, this wouldn't have happened to either of us, right? action? Don't get your hopes up.I stayed there for 2 days in a row, and when I went out and asked for cleaning, the door was even open. It was so annoying to even talk about, so I just left it at that. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but the door where our items were kept was open half the day. It's so absurd it doesn't even make sense.Don't lose your credit card key when you can't sleep because the water doesn't turn off at 2 a.m. and the water in the sink doesn't come out. What kind of Seoul technology is this? Each employee has a different opinion, but they charge 30,000 won.Just don't lose it, pay more and go to a different hotel when you're on a family trip. Family trip after a year. I think it was my fault for going there with my parents, so I am leaving a little review to help others avoid losing their precious time on their precious trip. .Every time I met with the employees, I told them all about my problems. I told them all about the inconveniences. Nothing has been fixed. Everyone's response was that they didn't know haha. They couldn't sleep until 3 a.m., the door was open, they weren't cleaned properly, it was noisy, and the card key cost 30,000 won.. The unreasonable deposit price left me feeling dirty until the end.Still, the location is good.

Since it was a weekday trip to Yeosu, I think I stayed in a good accommodation at an affordable price.The staff at the information desk were friendly and I booked an ondol room for my baby and it was great to stay with him.There was no inconvenience in traveling by car from nearby tourist attractions, and there were convenience stores on both sides, so it was easy to purchase necessary items.Since the package includes breakfast, I had a Korean menu for breakfast. Although the menu was not diverse, I think it was a really good breakfast considering the price range.The accommodation, service, and location were all to my liking, making my trip even more enjoyable.It's a shame I couldn't take many pictures because I was taking care of the baby.

An ondol room during peak season costs 110,000 won. The room was spacious, had no smell, and was very clean.
