The interior has been remodeled to make it comfortable and affordable, and public transportation is convenient. It is located in the heart of downtown Nohyeong-dong, and the 38-story Dream Tower is nearby, making it a great location for city tours.

I stayed here for two weeks for work, but my stuff disappeared.The counter lady (both wearing glasses) is like, “I don’t know.”Not only is it not soundproof, but it smells like cigarette smoke.

I stayed there for a long time due to working at a construction site.The exterior looks a bit old and the parking lot is spacious. The elevator feels a bit old depending on the building.The lobby is on the first floor and provides a water purifier, coffee machine (mix), and ramen so that short-term guests can use the instant ramen cooker. It is located on the 2nd to 9th floors, and the facilities inside each room are slightly different. The room I was in had two desktop PCs, Windows 7... a keyboard I was afraid to touch because it couldn't be cleaned...U+ Internet and set-top box are commonly installed.The restroom/bathroom does not provide separate toilet paper rolls, but only tissue paper used to promote the coffee shop, a towel rack, a toothbrush cup, and soap. The bathroom has commercial body washers, shampoo, conditioner, and soap on a corner shelf.It would have been better to have a shelf near the sink where you could place clothes or towels.Inside, the beds are equipped with heated mats, and if you sleep on the floor, a thin electric blanket is also provided.It seemed like cleaning was done once every two days, perhaps because it was a long-term stay.There was a person on another floor (9th floor) who complained that there was no heating or hot water, but I don't know if it was resolved well.I don't know how much it costs because I didn't pay for it or sign a contract, but I think it's worth it.
