The Sea Motel building located right in front of the nearby Daecheon Beach, which I visited with my wife after work, was friendly and very well maintained, unlike some older buildings. It had a beautiful view directly over the sea, was clean, had a water purifier, TV, internet, a coffee pot, and you could watch Netflix. If you're driving an electric car, you can also charge it here. However, the entrance to the parking lot is narrow, so beginner drivers will need to draw a large circle to enter safely. You can park in the parking lot, but when I went, some people parked on the beach road in front of the motel and went in. It was off-season when I visited, so I had a nice stay with a good view of the sea at a reasonable price. There are many restaurants around.

Good value for money. The facilities look a bit old-fashioned, but the price is reasonable and the sea view is recommended.

It's just dirty. The pillows are black, there's hair from people who used it on the floor before, and the bathroom is also dirty. It said it had a view of the sea, but when I opened the window, I could see the wall, and it didn't say there would be breakfast. This was the worst place I've ever been to, and there were bugs crawling around. It was dirty after staying in the North.It's an accommodation that you should never go to because your face is itchy and everything. Don't ever go to places like this even if you pay the same amount of money. Especially women and children, never go there. You'll get skin diseases. In fact, never drink the bottled water here and buy it. I'm not including pictures for reference.

Motel in front of the seaFacilities are old, ocean view rooms are very affordableI can sleep all night listening to the sound of waves.It will be different for each room, but if it weren't for the slightly musty smell, it would be 5 stars.The street lights on the beach are on all night, so the atmosphere is good even at night.This photo was taken at the accommodation.

The biggest attraction of Seawater Motel is that it is located 20 meters away from Daecheon Beach Beach, so you can dip your feet in the sea just across the street. The rooms are in very good condition and the basic amenities are faithful to the basics. When you open the window, you can hear the sound of the waves, which is great. The view of the sun and sunset from the room with an open view is superb. However, the check-in time is 3pm, which is a bit inconvenient. I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes and checked in.

Traces of a long period of time could be felt in the exterior and interior facilities. However, the cleaning was good and the sea view from the window was nice. I think lodging on weekdays is really great value for money.

It seems like an old accommodation, but the location is good and you can see the owner's efforts inside. The bathroom is spacious and has a bidet.

It was quiet and nice because it was off-season.The room facilities were clean and there was a computer and TV so there was no inconvenience. It was nice that they provided cup ramen and baked eggs for breakfast so I didn't have to buy a separate breakfast.

The room was very warm and nice, but the class was too weak and I didn't receive the baked egg cup ramen that was offered as a service because there was no staff and no items were provided.The information counter was not there until I checked out.The bathrobe smells like mold.And I was upset because there were bugs in the bed the kids were using and there were several bug bites on their bodies.I have no intention of visiting again.
