Service is okay, facilities are also okay.To Randudongkal in 2022 where I stayed for the first time at the Panorama Hotel.I came from Surabaya and went to Randudongkal to meet my fiancé

This hotel wins because of the pool and size.The OB happened to get a flat one which wasn't friendly.Towels must be requested.

Not bad for transit while traveling. The VIP room is near the receptionist, a bit noisy and smells of cigarettes, I think it would be better if the deluxe room directly faces the parking lot. For that price, the facilities should be improved further.

Hotel Panorama offers beautiful views and comfortable rooms, but my experience at the pool was truly disappointing. The strong smell of chlorine pierced my nose when I entered the pool area. Instantly, my eyes felt sore and my breathing became uncomfortable.I tried to swim a few laps, but my head started to feel dizzy and nauseous. It felt like something was poking in my eyes every time I opened my eyes underwater. Finally, I was forced to get out of the swimming pool and wash myself with clean water.I was very disappointed with the condition of the swimming pool at Hotel Panorama. Hotels should pay more attention to chlorine levels in swimming pools so as not to endanger the health of guests.Here are some negative points I would like to convey about the Hotel Panorama swimming pool:Strong chlorine smell: The smell of chlorine in the Panorama Hotel swimming pool is very strong and uncomfortable. This made me and several other guests feel dizzy and nauseous.Sore eyes: As soon as I entered the swimming pool area, my eyes felt sore and sore. This is most likely caused by too high a chlorine level in the pool water.Nausea and dizziness: After swimming a few laps, I started to feel nauseous and dizzy. My advice is don't stay there. The receptionist was arrogant. Reluctant to serve. Better next to it.Even if it's the owner, hopefully it won't be quiet.If it's just a worker, hopefully they'll be fired quickly. Don't want to serve! Unclean

Because it's the fasting month, breakfast is replaced by sahur. The portions are like those of elementary school children. Even though the residents in this hotel are all coolies (field people). As for the rooms, that's okay. The important thing is to slow down.
