It is located in a pension complex across from Mongdol Beach in Hakdong.It's close to the beach, so the location and accessibility are good... There are convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and other places to eat across the street.The beach view... can be slightly(?) difficult to see from the 3rd floor or higher, and there are so many buildings in front that you may want to give up on the view and just walk and see the sea.The exterior of the building appears to have been recently remodeled, and the interior appears to have been remodeled to some degree. There are a total of 4 floors, and the stairs may be a bit inconvenient.If it is on the 4th floor, the soundproofing will be good because the room is not adjacent to the large rooftop.Considering that the remaining 3rd and 2nd floors have 4 rooms in each hallway, the soundproofing does not seem to be very good.If you go by car, you have to go into the alleyway of the restaurant, but the entrance is narrow (if it's your first time on the road, you'll wonder if it's the right road even when looking at the navigation system) and the alley gets crowded once a car enters, so it's annoying if you run into it on the way in or out.There is a parking lot in front of the pension for about 3 to 4 cars, but the parking space is narrow.There is a high probability of door locking when opening the front or back doors.And there is a large outdoor parking window in the backyard, but left turns are hard.How many times do I have to do it..I am the god of parking. There is no need for warigari, you can put it in Hankyu. I recommend outdoor parking...If you have a midsize SUV or larger, we recommend that you park it in a public parking lot and bring a little luggage with you.The owner is kind and speaks kindly.It doesn't seem to have the typical Gyeongsang-do beach style, but it provides very detailed information.The interior of the pension is clean and white seems to be the concept, and the wallpaper, flooring, blankets, and curtains are all white.

This is a neat accommodation that allows pets.

First of all, the room is clean enough to be comfortable. It is quiet and the location is good. It is connected to Mongdol Beach and the swimming beach within a 3-minute walk. There are also good restaurants nearby, and the owner is very attentive and friendly.
