When I arrived, the inn asked for more price because the apk price was too cheap. If the AC is 150, if the non-AC is 80. I don't respect bad service anymore. The most regretful thing was, I saw that the room wasn't okay at all. Then I didn't stay overnight but I couldn't get a refund either. I ordered to pay via apk which cannot be refunded but the inn said you could refund via chat apk. It turns out you can't either. The worst experience ever

For bookings on the application, be prepared to add more if you want to use an AC room, for the reason that the price in the application is an error.The rooms are quite spacious. There is no ventilation so it is quite hot. 3x lights out a night.Luckily it's close to the beach, just walk

The room is a bit lacking. Moss bathroom. Can't get a towel. Can't get toiletries. The only advantage of this inn is its strategic location. That's all. Others are just normal.

Sorry, we have to convey my experience of staying at this hotel. And just last Saturday we stayed overnight. Coincidentally, we got the top room on the 3rd floor. We rented 2 rooms.Very, very disappointed with the service and facilities we received. The rooms are very dirty and unkempt. There were lots of cobwebs and a lot of wall paint was peeling. And the bathroom was also very dirty. The bathtub bucket was so dirty that I had to wash it first. And the door handle was also broken. We didn't get any toiletries. Soap and towels had to be requested. In the past, we didn't even get mineral water in the room. The window curtains were so thin that they were visible from the outside, so it seemed like there was no intention and it wasn't ready for the status of an inn or hotel.And at night we stayed at around 20.30 WIB. it turns out the power went out. There should be a generator, but they say the generator is broken. So we couldn't enjoy the existing facilities, be it wifi, air conditioning or television. The hotel only gave us candles for light. So we chose to sleep even though the weather was hot.The next morning when we checked out, there was no apology from the hotel. We paid for the room and it was still full, no deductions at all. Even though we were willing to pay according to the hotel's request, even though it was different from what we ordered via the application.You could say this was our worst experience during our stay at the hotel.We ask the hotel to pay more attention to guest satisfaction. Don't let your guests get discouraged.Once again we apologize and have to express our disappointment.Thank You...

There was disappointment when staying here. I ordered via the Pegi-Pegi application. The price listed for a room with AC, warm water, TV, WiFi is IDR 58,000 (fifty eight thousand). When we arrived at the location, the manager said that the price was for non-AC rooms. If you want an AC room, add IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand), so the total is IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah). The actual condition of the room did not match expectations. The TV doesn't have any channels, there's no wifi, the hot water doesn't turn on, the AC just doesn't turn on (it also turns it on manually, not with the remote). The location is near the beach, but there is no beach view. Oh yes, this is sharia accommodation, but when you check in you won't confirm whether you are staying with a legal partner or not.

My suggestion is that it's better to go to the inn because the price offered via the application does not match the price at check-in because they have changed the tariff but it has not been ACCED by Oyo. Yesterday's experience was that I checked in according to the APK, but when I checked in I was asked for additional money with that reason. Unsatisfactory experience, plus less comfortable care. I came home from Malioboro at 11 o'clock when I arrived at the hotel but it was locked at the front gate. The worst experience while staying. Not recommended even though it is close to the beach. Hopefully the hotel owner will look at it, thank you

Originally wanted to check in here, but H-2 got a WA from the property if the price on the application was too cheap. Then ask for up to 2x the price for an AC room, so I'm too lazy to check in here, this is the first time I've booked a hotel like this. Don't be tempted by the price of the application, you will definitely ask for more. If there are no benefits, it's better to just terminate the contract with Oyo or Agoda, just a suggestion, hopefully the future will be better
