I went there for a business trip and the location was very good. Breakfast is also delicious. But the staff were unfriendly. Not recommended for tourism purposes.

DO NOT BOOK. I was in room 1016. The whole hotel is worn out, dirty, and bathroom has MOLD. I called the front desk and they didn't seem surprised. There's a Lotte City hotel right next to Shilla Stay. Stay there. I also heard Toyoko Hotel is new and should be nice.

When I was on a business trip, I often stayed at Shilla Stay because it was good value for money. I was itchy all night and couldn't sleep well. In the morning, I opened the curtains and looked at the bedding. There were a lot of things like dead bugs in the world. The breakfast buffet was incomparable to other Shilla Stay locations. It was so bad that there were a lot of them... and the receptionists all had bad expressions... I will never go to the Ulsan branch again.I had a bad experience in this hotel. Before you sleep on the bed in this place, check it out if they are clean or not.

Toyoko Inn Shilla Stay in Korea... I'm trying to go to all Shilla Stays across the country if I can... Looking at the wooden phone stand and mood lighting, it looks like Shilla Stay was opened in the early days... The room is spacious and the bedding is great... The staff service is incomprehensibly unfriendly... Out of the 10 or so places I've been to, this is the worst... Ulsan isn't exactly a place worth traveling to, so I stopped by just to sleep during my trip from Daegu-Gyeongju-Busan... Among the Shilla stays, the facilities are good and the prices are cheap...

It was worse than even one. There were noisy mosquitoes while sleeping. I stayed in room 818. The sound insulation was poor. What was even more strange was that it was very difficult to sleep. The layout and space made me feel that it was completely unacceptable for three people. It was the first time I slept in such a bad hotel when I went abroad. Rotten... weird room. Six stars... I was originally going to give seven stars, but after much deliberation, I honestly give six stars. Otherwise, I would be sorry for my evaluation of Room 818.

The most satisfactory business hotel in UlsanThe window is wide so you can see downtown Ulsan clearly.In particular, the bed was comfortable so it was nice to sleep.I wish the TV was bigger,,,5,000 won if you park in the hotel’s underground parking lot.If the basement is full, parking outside right near the hotel is free.Although breakfast is not diverse,The rice noodles were really delicious.

First of all, check-in is a problem here.It takes too long.Lotte next door has self-check-in, making it much easier.Even if you park and use the room, you have to pay 5,000 won separately.The parking lot is so small that if you arrive even slightly late, you will have to park your car somewhere else.If you go for breakfast during peak hours, you may have to wait a long time.First of all, it looks like there is a lack of manpower.
