I usually don't leave reviews, but I booked my summer vacation here and had such an absurd experience that I'm leaving a few words.I made a room reservation through Agoda and even spoke to a young man on the phone to confirm the reservation. I was told that I had to pay the room fee in advance to reserve the room, so I told them in advance that I needed a receipt instead of a simple receipt, and they said they understood, so I ended the call by saying that they would pay the card price along with the cost of charcoal on the day of reservation. (Payment could not be made directly through the Agoda app; only on-site payment was possible.)On the day of the reservation, after completing the travel schedule, I bought barbecue ingredients and went to the pension, and the young man did not answer the phone. The mother, who answered the phone, said that the reservation was not made because the room fee was not deposited.^^ He said that he had already told me through the young man, and that he received the information from his son. They said they didn't know because there was no one... But then they said that the room we reserved couldn't be used due to an electrical problem (??), so we had to use another room.... And the card machine was broken, so we had to pay in cash and get a simple receipt. They said they would give it to me, but isn't this too much to do?You say it so shamelessly, but my family didn't want to stay here either, so we didn't stay there. So, I don't know what the internal facilities are like, but... our experience wasn't even worth 1 star. I don't think I would have been so offended if you had just informed me in advance, but it's a shame.

The ondol room is warm and spacious. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the water pressure is decent. However, there is no place to recycle the waste, so you have to put it aside.

The facilities aren't bad, but the owner is very shameless. If he makes a mistake, he should first apologize. Well then, how much do you want? If you ask, what should I do? But the facilities were okay.

Still, I trusted them, but I also took my mother-in-law and my mother-in-law with me, and they told me absurdly that they did not have a contract with Agoda and that the contract was over because it was a foreign company. They said that the credit card payment had already been completed, but they had nothing to do with it and did not know. .You can cancel your card by contacting Agoda on your own.. They said there are no rooms because all the rooms are already full. They shamelessly didn't even show sorry and asked why the phone was turned off, but it was their son's phone so they didn't know and they were just saying absurd things. It was raining and it was evening and I was barely able to walk around and got a cheap room in a shabby place. I feel really bad and it's the worst. Agoda and I started today. I was contacted. Why are you saying such nonsense about not being able to contact me?
