Service is less friendly in serving visitors.When I wanted to check out, the receptionist hadn't woken up yet so I waited an hour.The room wasn't clean, there was a lot of rubbish under the mattress + cockroaches wandering around, the drain in the bathroom was also clogged, there was no rubbish bin at all so I had to use plastic bags and bring it myself.Understandably the price is cheap, but yes, there are no trash bins provided in the rooms, as a traveler who likes to stay in hotels, this is the first time I've found a hotel but the cleanliness is zero (minimal trash cans, and lots of rubbish under the mattress/under)

Even though I had already ordered because it was far to Malioboro from where we were staying... but thank God, our tiredness was paid off with a comfortable room. When we entered, it felt like a college student. Entering the dormitory in front of the door, we were greeted with lots of footwear scattered around, which means there were lots of guests... then the bedroom. the room is spacious, the AC is also cold, the bathroom is complete, there is a kitchen too, so I want to expand it😁...

Want to book for the family, it's a bit sudden. When requesting room availability, you will be given a price catalog link & room types via WA Business. After asking around, the contents of the booking list will then inform you about the special prices at the end of the year. Actually, the price increase during the holiday season is very reasonable, but the impression is a bit "trapped" because the admin didn't inform you from the start. Hopefully in the future the admin can be more responsive and communicative.

The service was not friendly and just as I wanted... I paid for 3 people and got a room for 2 people, and the price was not right... which should have been 170 by phone which was okay, but when I arrived I was told to pay 200... meanwhile for pillows and toiletries only 2 are provided🤔, while for cooling only AC and even just wind, no cold...The location is very easy to find, but it's a bit narrow...For the service, please just improve it
