The place is nice, clean, comfortable, but on weekends it's really busy, even though the parking lot is quite spacious, but on holidays it looks like it's cramped, the suggestion is that if it's busy, let's know what time the vehicles want to leave, so that you can adjust the place so you don't have to wait. it takes a long time to go out. Overall everything is okay, in the room the facilities are quite complete. The AC is cold

STUPID, unprofessional HOTEL!!! I ordered on Agoda a long time ago when I checked in, accusing the customer of being CANCELED, EVEN THOUGH IT NEVER WAS, it seemed like they had canceled themselves, the receptionist was also NOT FRIENDLY and didn't help at all, told the customer to call Agoda himself and immediately ran off busy himself, AT LEAST HELPED A LITTLE BIT! Arriving at 20.05 on May 8, the receptionist was wearing a white dress. Stupid! make it difficult for guests to come from far away. Finally, at night, I'm wandering around like this. For better people, don't come here. DILAPIDATED

Booked a day in advance, when he arrived he said it had been canceled and accused the customer of canceling, even though it was clear in the application "it had been confirmed" and there was a booking confirmation email. The female receptionist was also unfriendly, didn't want to help at all and immediately ran away, and told the customer to contact Agoda himself. We came from out of town, and at night we had to relocate ourselves because we were rejected by the unprofessional Oyo hotel.

The room was okay but I had requested a double bed application but instead got a twin bed, when I checked in I showed proof of the request but the lady was also annoyed. In fact, we are the ones who are told to contact the service provider application, why don't you just act as the accommodation provider. A long time ago I chatted with admin Alena by WA and said he would try, but in fact when it arrived it wasn't suitable. People who are tired can even put them in a bad mood. I usually subscribe here once a month but maybe this will be the last time. Very disappointed

Booked a hotel for December and booked from 3 months before, but when I wanted to check in I couldn't find the name in the system even though I had paid in full for 3 days via the application. Even though in the application the order invoice has been issued via Gmail, when you ask the hotel for responsibility it is also very unsolvable. Asked to check Gmail, he said there would definitely be confirmation via Gmail from Traveloka, but he was just told that the TBTB hotel had canceled 4 days ago. Yes, at least if you want to cancel from a month before, not 4 days before, when it's high season, look for hotels, all of them are full books, the receptionist said because there was a change in the price rate, so our booking wasn't in the system. Even though I had booked in advance it shouldn't have been like this hahaha. Plus the waiter was very bad when I asked to be connected to the manager/hotel I was given the number and told to CALL IT MYSELF WKWKKW the receptionist should have called and connected to the customer, really really bad service
