The room was spacious, there were frying pans and chopsticks, and I was able to spend a comfortable time in an Instagram-worthy room. I was able to communicate with the hotel staff through messages, and they responded quickly, which was great.I would definitely like to use it again the next time I come to Korea. There were many restaurants around the hotel, so I didn't have any trouble finding a place to eat.

This is a very convenient hotel near Gangnam Station.There are 3 bedrooms, 4 sinks, a shower room and a bath, making it a great facility for families with many girls. I was able to get help via LINE, and IVY and Chaeyeon at the front desk were very kind.

Please take the good reviews with a pinch of salt as they offered free airport transfer after you showed them that you have written good reviews.Cons -Housekeeping is only done once every 4 days, so please note this if you prefer daily housekeeping.Else they will only empty the trash daily. Also, you will have to request for towels daily. I wished this was mentioned in the hotel description and I definitely wouldn’t have booked this accommodation.1 tissue box for a whole 3 bedroom unit.2 pillows per room, and we requested for for 2 extra pillows. And they actually charge 5000 won for extra pillow, which is ridiculous. It is not the amount but the fact that they charge when you request for extra pillow.Extra 20000k won for an hour of late checkout.If traveling with friends, please note that you only have space for 1 luggage in each room, and the other luggage will have to be kept in the living room. Our room type is private city suite, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for 3 pax.ProsThe saving grace for this accommodation is the living room, which is great when traveling with friends or larger groups.And because it’s a really new hotel, so everything in the room are clean and new. So do take advantage of that if you decide to book this hotel. That said, I would suggest checking out the other location in myeongdong.It is my first time staying in the Gangnam area, thus am not as familiar. But the hotel is located in quite a central location as restaurants, bars, and convenient shops are all over the area. Main shopping street of Gangnam is also just a stone throw away.That being said, I wouldn’t recommend this for first timers visitors, as Myeongdong is still a much better location. This is more suited for seasoned travelers to Seoul. As for me, I wouldn’t stay here again, as I do prefer more hotel services.

It seemed like a new hotel, so I took a taxi from Incheon Airport, but I arrived at the wrong hotel and the taxi driver also got confused.(There was a large restaurant across the street, so I got a SHOP card for it, and the next day I showed the address to the taxi driver and went back to the hotel.)It was difficult to find the entrance, and there was no information posted at the reception desk, so I was having trouble finding it, but a guest told me that it was on the first basement floor.The room is clean.There were two shower rooms, but one had no hot water for two days, but I contacted them on LINE and they fixed it.Also, when I was in trouble because I didn't have a conversion plug, he said he had one left and brought it to my room.C haeyeon park was very helpful in arranging my return trip to Incheon Airport.All the staff were kind.

Stayed in a suite housing my 4 family members and I. It has been a pleasant experience, no less. The suite size is perfect - all 3 bedrooms have a bed for 2 + dressing table + wardrobes + side table. The air conditioner and the heater functions are my favourite amenity - the AC is so powerful that 25°C feels like 19.5°C, and the heating is not from the ceiling or external machine; instead, it is FLOOR heating (the whole suite floor including carpeted areas AND bathrooms) - exceptional. Additionally, behind the living space & television, there is a huge space for luggage to be kept and/or opened there - the space is surrounded by floor window with 2 full length mirrors on the sides. You can take your ootd there 😍 The whole suite layout is spacious and well thought-out. Location wise, very accessible (closest station is Gangnam Station, 4 minutes walk away?. Convenience store just a minute walk away, an amazing KBBQ restaurant right around the hotel too (many more food places to try out)). In terms of service, the staff were incredibly helpful and responded to our inquiries on WhatsApp VERY readily and efficiently, which I really appreciate. Everything is all good. Definitely recommend UH Suite Gangnam. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit x

Stayed at this suite for a week with a group of 5. The suite had 3 rooms with one bed for 2 each. The suite has a convinient location - close to the station and many restaurants and convinient stores nearby. Making a walk-in dining experience or search for daily necessities more accessible. The staff were extremely helpful and patient with us - helped us with things like helping us find our way from the airport to the suite, helped us with figuring out how to use the television and more.All in all, the suite has an easily accessible location, the staff had a friendly demeanour and were willing to help, the room itself was good.

We have 5 in a group recently stayed at UH Suite in Gangnam, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, making the check-in process quick and smooth.We use WhatsApp to communicate they’re very helpful and fast in responding.The suite itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. One feature that stood out was the heated flooring, which was especially comforting during the colder evenings. Something to add on is extra hook in the wash room for shower use. The room feel incredibly cozy and warm, a perfect touch for anyone visiting Seoul during the chillier months.Location in the heart of Gangnam with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation 5 mins walk to subway station 4. Despite being centrally located, the suite was peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.The staff was always ready to assist and offered great local recommendations. Overall, my stay at UH Suite was flawless, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-located stay in Gangnam. I’ll definitely be back!

First stay at UH SUITE GANGNAM- we had a pleasant stay. UH suite Staff are friendly and service orientated. The communication with hotel staff via what’s app are speedy. We seek help to search for places that we like to explore and concierge staff Ms Chaeyeon Park proactively check out the places and guide us the way. Staff are patience and knowledgeable. There are many choices of foodie area around the hotel and We will revisit this place again.

Great location in Gangnam with lots of restaurant nearby. Room is clean and has all the amenities you need. It’s conveniently located near the subway station. You can easily go to near mall for all your shopping! It’s a great stay!

We recently stayed at UH Suite in Gangnam with a group of five from Singapore, and it was a fantastic experience. The suite was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable stay for all of us. The beds were cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Seoul. The location in Gangnam is ideal, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, making it convenient to experience the vibrant city life. Booked here upon seeing a video from a creator (grace). The rooms were extremely new. I believe they just opened up a month ago. Glad to be one of the first to stay there. I didn't opt for the larger suits but went for the smaller rooms for 2.Overall one of the best in-room experiences when it came to space, amenities, cleanliness. Location was smack in the middle of Gangnam, and the price was 50% cheaper than a room half the size in the Myeongdong.Only negative - which comes from the first positive, is that because it's so new. It looks like the lobby/bar is still undergoing the final stages of construction of what looks to be a pretty comprehensive bar. The rooms however had no issues! looking forward to staying here next time I come back for work
