Huge rooms, including a large spa bath. But: tired and in need of an upgrade. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall. The room is boiling hot, and the air-conditioning doesn't seem to work. Relatively small TV compared to other places we've stayed at. No breakfast available. And the towels - miniatures - how about a proper sized towel! I think it's extremely over-priced for what you get....

It was nice that there was hot spring water and the large public bath was spacious.I was shocked by how the floor was cleaned to the point where it was sticky.It was too wide to wipe with a wet tissue so I gave up...Looks like I'll have to push the steam mop with a vacuum cleaner.

I liked it last year so I came againI knew the facility was old, but it wasn't soundproofed at all. There was a group across the hallway who occupied two rooms and went back and forth, talking in the hallway, talking in the room, slamming the door, and so on until 2 a.m. I tried to talk to the front desk at 12:30, but there was no one there.However, from 5:30 a.m. the next day, those people started talking loudly in the hallway again and banged on each other's doors asking to go.I barely fell asleep after those people left, but this time the old lady who has been cleaning since 7:30 came again and cleaned the room, but it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. I told her what was going on, but she said she would understand and kept doing what she was doing. Is there anything like this? I will never come here again. Basic concept. It's a neighborhood without one.

There is a huge hot spring bath in the room.I love playing in the water with my kids.The facilities are a bit old, but I am always satisfied when using them.

I went to the hot springs underground. True to Bugok Hot Springs' reputation, the water is very good. This is the best hot spring among hot springs. The water is different from other hot springs. You donโt have to apply lotion after taking a bath. My body doesn't get dry.

I had a good time using the family bath. It felt old, but I had a good day's rest. I made a reservation for three family baths, but the drain in one was clogged and the water didn't drain well.
