It is no longer operational, this hotel should not appear on hotel booking platforms because many people have been deceived by continuing to make orders but they cannot be canceled and the money cannot be refunded.

It's better not to come here, I've paid on the app and I'm still asked for extra, there's very little water from the shower, the mattress is broken, the blanket is ugly and smelly, the refrigerator is just decoration, there's no TV! The only plus is the spacious rooms and wifi! Apart from that, zonk

-traveloka 90 thousand was asked to add 33 thousand (yaudala itsokay because it was given 1 hour extra time)- the staff are very friendly & polite- the rooms are polllll spacious-But it would be better if the WiFi could reach the room- I wanted to take a shower to be clean but instead it got even dirtier because the shower was covered in moss and it fell all over my body

When checking in, we were asked to pay additional money, even though it should have been paid in full via Pegipegi. The hotel clerk said that the price in the application was not updated, but I had to pay because the application did not accept cancellations, so like it or not, I had to add to the payment and stay for a while to look for another hotel. From here alone it becomes the first inconvenience.Then, I was given a room that had not been used for a long time. When I arrived, the room had just been swept and sprayed with freshener. Even then, the floor was still very dusty, even when walking, the soles of my feet turned black.The rooms are actually quite spacious and nice if maintained. Unfortunately, it is far from well maintained. There is only 1 socket available. There is a tube TV and refrigerator but they can't be turned on. The cupboard smells and is damp. The bathroom is very dirty. Shower won't turn on. Dirty bathtub. The sink is very dirty.Can't sleep comfortably because of this condition. Checked in at 8 pm, at 4 am I was out looking for another hotel.Advice for the hotel, pay more attention to cleanliness and hotel maintenance, because the rooms at this hotel are actually quite good. And also, don't cheat about the price. If it says that in the application, that should be the fixed price, not blaming the application! If the price is not appropriate, report it to the application so it can be changed. It's a shame that the hotel has quite good rooms but is not well maintained.

There is no room key, the room doesn't match the application, the blanket is dirty, the bathroom is dirty and not really comfortable. Employees blame the app. Sounds between rooms can be heard.

The effects of the pandemic are over time... the hotel is not well maintained, it looks scary. The entrance and exit doors for vehicles are a bit narrow. The breakfast menu also doesn't know what time it is... the AC is cold, the rooms are not bad, there's no hot water, there's no WiFi either.
