I am a long-term customer.There is a photo of food waste attached to the kitchen...There are some ramen noodles that are past their expiration date, so honestly, I hope you take care of the ones that are about 2 months old.Also, without consulting the residents (or at least not with me), they restrict the waste sorting room and some facilities in the kitchen, and force people to take off their shoes for a moment in the shoe removal area.To be honest, the manager (general manager) yelled at me in the hallway of a one-room hotel for temporarily taking off my shoes so as not to interfere with traffic, and in the process of asking the owner to take action to prevent this from happening again, he advised me to leave the room.There are 45 rooms, and they are yelling very loudly and driving me away. Even when I tell them that I am also pointing out unfair aspects, they just keep yelling, which honestly makes me feel threatening... Even though the boss knows this, he says that I have to understand him one step at a time.I barely felt respected as a customer.
