Unfriendly... I wonder if the staff should not respond...Is it management neglect? What used to be a good place is getting more and more ruined.

It was a nice place to stay. The staff at the reception desk were kind and friendly. The room was clean, and everything was good for me. I recommend this place.

For a quick stay on a business trip, it was perfect value for money. The room is in a good location and the staff service is excellent.

Quite expensive for the state... The hotel is supposed to be a 3 star on Booking and 2 stars on Google (?) but it doesn't even deserve 1 star. The hotel itself and the rooms are dirty and degraded. Just at the entrance, the carpet is torn and we almost get caught in our feet. Then, in addition to the condition, the bathroom is not practical. The towel rack is very low so the towels drag on the floor. There is no shower curtain so it gets everywhere. Our first hotel in Seoul had one. The bathroom door slams very loudly, the air conditioning sometimes makes an unbearable noise, in short... the owner should do something! The staff, however, are pleasant.
