Had a great experience and stay while here. Spacious rooms, nice kitchen and even a massage chair in the room. Could set up a mattress in the living room area for our children to sleep on. Cleaner available every day, bottled water provided, receptionist was so friendly and helpful. My son was unwell during our stay and she went above and beyond to recommend us a nearby pediatrician. Was very happy with our stay and the service. Also very close by to a supermarket and many other restaurants around.

Normally we stayed at hotel and had a problem with a/c. This time we tried this location and we are so happy. It’s just amazing, big space with everything like personal a/c, big refrigerator, washer, LG STYLER, oven and massage chair. We will come back again.Locations was perfect in Gangnam.

I saw it on Agoda and it looked like it was in great condition so I made a reservation and I am very satisfied!!It was recently built, so it was really clean and had basic options, including a styler and massage chair, so it was very convenient to use.Because it's not a hotel, everyone communicates through text. If you want towels changed or cleaned, you can apply before 11 a.m. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and Subway Line 2 is a 5-minute walk away, so I was satisfied with everything.If you use it in the off-season, the price is cheap, so it seems like a good value for money accommodation. Personally, I think it’s better than a hotel👍

UH Flat was such an amazing find! We’ve never stayed in a “serviced apartment” before this and it was great — blending the best of a hotel and an airbnb. The service was wonderful, and the concierge was available via WhatsApp for easy communication. She was very responsive and did an amazing job helping us with various things while we were in Seoul, and her English was great so there weren’t any language barriers.The apartment itself was gorgeous and had great amenities — with floor to ceiling windows, a big TV for watching Netflix, comfortable couch, kitchenette, and the bedroom had a dry cleaning closet, which was so unexpected and useful! There was even a massage chair in the living room, which was a nice treat.The WiFi was strong — we were able to work remotely, take zoom calls, etc with no problems.Overall, it felt very modern and comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again. We were there for a week but it would be a great place to call “home” for a longer trip.As for the location, it’s located in a newer business area south of the Han river. We spent most of our time on the north side of the river because it felt like there was more stuff going on there, but this area was nice too. It’s also pretty affordable to get around Seoul via Uber so going back and forth wasn’t too much of a problem.

The place is beautiful and easy to reach, of course, without a reception desk. The place is clean and has everything useful for families with children. All services are next to it.

If you want to live like a local – then it is always a great idea to stay at service apartments rather than a hotel. We selected UH FLAT because their apartments are very modern and they have top-notch equipments. It felt like home for the half month that we stayed here. From an automated commode to a fabric styler, the entire apartment was like a smart-home. They have enough storage spaces and ample room. The massage chair was a welcome addition and made this property unique. This is probably the best foreign stay I have ever experienced.

Because there was a construction site right next to it, the building started making noises from the first day, and from 8 a.m. the next day, there were hammering and excavator sounds... There is some noise;;The room seemed clean, but there was something like red pepper powder on the kitchen sink and there was foam on the scrubber.The interior was clean, but it wasn't in very good condition so I felt a bit uncomfortable.The surrounding area is like a motel town and entertainment district, so the location may seem odd...

I had very good memories of using the uh flat Daegu branch, so I used the Seocho branch. Unlike Daegu, here you go straight to the room without the front desk, so I got lost, but I still used it comfortably.

terrible service1. There will be construction going on right under your windows and you will have to listen to how they are doing something from early morning until 6 pm2. The room was very dirty, after we arrived we had to wash everything ourselves, because after we told the manager about the problem, they only replaced our bed linen and removed someone else’s dirty linen, but the toilet, floors, two, everything was dirty.
