The place is really bad, it's not worth staying overnight. The door is difficult to close, the AC is noisy, the toilet is dirty, the walls are stained and there are cobwebs, the sink doesn't have a tap, the sheets and towels are dirty, the TV doesn't work because it doesn't have a remote, the receptionist is also usually not friendly. I only stayed there for a few hours. Please pay more attention next time, thank you.

During high season and the hotels around Malboro were fully booked :(, I was forced to stay at this place and it really met my expectations of cheap Redorz standards, the room was like a boarding house with lots of damaged facilities, the place was dirty and a bit inside, but yes it saved, it was good for resting rather than nothing at all, and the prices during high season are quite expensive, the history of 3 star hotel prices. The service is as bad as it gets, so it's really not worth it.

The location is in the middle of the city... But I've already booked, I can't see the reviews 😅 the bed sheets have traces of marks...um... they look like dried blood... the towels are really bad... the bathroom is dirty using Bingit... this person doesn't intend to make a homestay or not. I really want to go bankrupt 🤣I'm surprised

Booking on the Agoda app looks good, right up to the location entering the alley & the hotel looks old school. Got a room on the ground floor, the lights were dimly lit, the toilet water was small, the sink was just for display and didn't come out with water, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet was dirty, basically I was tired

Last New Year my husband and I stayed here, given the downstairs room. The condition of the room was dirty, the sink couldn't be used, the rust was very unpleasant to look at, the floor was dirty like it had never been swept, the bed sheets were dirty, it looked like someone had never changed them, the bathroom was clogged, the water was small, we couldn't control the shower ourselves, wanted hot water or No, suddenly at noon the water that came out was still cold, at dusk it was immediately hot, so I was surprised when I used it because the water was hot, not hot.

The first time I stayed here, I was bored enough. Ordered a twin bed until we got a double bed, we asked for an extra bed and they said it couldn't be done😌 so it was accepted and we had already booked, which was during the long holiday, most of the hotels were full. When I entered the room, I was even more shocked when I saw that the walls were really dirty😭 then I checked the sheets, blankets, pillowcases, all of them were stained, as if they hadn't been washed or just washed them. What's worse is when you get an old air conditioner that looks like it's not cold, the air just blows out, you sleep hot. I want to complain, I'm too lazy to make a fuss, we're checking our position and we're already late at night, tired all day on the road, intending to rest, but instead, I'm forced to sleep very uncomfortably, my first time getting RedDoorz like this, I intend to start a gas service business, it actually makes people tired of staying there😪
