I highly recommend this place! The room is spacious and clean. Plus, having its own bathroom in the room is a big bonus, and the shared kitchen is also kept very tidy. The floor heating works well and also has an air conditioner. The owner is incredibly friendly and kind, which adds to the wonderful atmosphere. The best part is how close it is to Busan station – 5 mins by walk from Busan station. Plus, with plenty of famous restaurants nearby and a convenient shop right in front of the guest house, everything you need is at your fingertips. Choryang subway station is 1 min walk. Nampodong & Seomyun is so really close from here. I'm definitely planning to come back for sure!

It's easy to find if you follow the guides well. Convenience store not so far from the guest house. Just a tips; (the convenience store staff assist muslim tourists well by showing which one is halal and which one is not).The guesthouse is super comfortable. They have all the things u need such as washing machine, kitchen, iron n tv room, and the owner is nice ahjumma ^^

Convenient transportation, 3-minute walk from Busan Station, with many restaurants around.Exit 3 of Choryang Station on Line 1 is right in front of the accommodation, so it's easy to get to Seomyeon and Nampo-dong. It was nice to be able to take the first city tour without having to wake up too early.Considering the cost-effectiveness, this accommodation is truly appreciated during the year-end and New Year holidays.However, the building is old so there is no insulation, it does not block noise from the next room, there is a road right outside so you can hear the noise of cars all night, and there are no curtains so there is a lot of light pollution. Be sure to bring an eye mask and earplugs. If you have sensitive skin, take a rain mask with you. The inside of the nasal cavity is like a straw, so it makes a lot of noise when it moves. The underfloor heating system is really warm, and the air is less dry and more comfortable than a heater. So, I give 2 stars for the location and Ondol and 1 star for the reasonable price^^
