they have several room type. choose the expensive one for better rooms, the cheaper one is less facilities with pld design dan was not really well maintained. location is far from city but close to some famous resto and attraction such as merapi.they also have some hall and swimming pool.

I have often stayed here because it is close to the family's house in Sempuh, the service is quite complete, the rooms are also comfortable for sleeping and the body is clean 👍🏻👍🏻

Cheap price..But unfortunately the room is not very clean...There are lots of ants in the room, it's trivial / there's still dirt...The bathroom drain is a bit clogged...There is a TV but it can't turn on...Maybe because it's cheap...

Fraudulent hotel prices do not match the application, to the point where they ask for additional fees. Suggestions for Oyo, this hotel's reputation has been damaged. It would be better for Oyo to come and burn this hotel down

Friday, February 9, 2024Checking in to the room was quite a wait, booked 3 rooms. It turned out that the room wasn't all ready, I still had to wait because it was cleaned and tidied first, then I got room "Tulip 3", the AC was not cold at all, it was either dirty or the freon had run out.I asked the receptionist for help at 18.40, he said OK, I wanted to clean it around 20.00 while leaving for a walk to Jogja, after returning for a walk, around 23.15, we went back to the room, apparently the condition of the room had not changed, the AC was still not cold at all, just changed the temperature from 20⁰ to 18⁰, complained to the receptionist, he said he didn't know because he had changed shifts (the guy on night duty, and when I asked for help the girl looked after the girl), I had already ordered for 2 days but there was no action, it was really bad

Stayed here because there was a campus UKM event.According to the price, I got a bed in Dahlia's room. The room is quite spacious, clean, has 2 mattresses (only 4 pillows and no blankets), fan, TV and private bathroom. The fan can turn on but not the TV. The bathroom is clean, but the water makes the water a bit cloudy with green moss coming out.For quite spacious parking, there are many room choices here. But at night it's a bit dark. The atmosphere is a bit scary, cold, dimly lit.The field is really wide, guys, there is a restaurant and swimming pool (but not used) it's a shame it's neglected. Some of the gazebos (which lead to the swimming pool) are neglected, dirty, brittle and damaged.Yes, hopefully in the future it can be better maintained, according to price, pictures, etc. So that people who want to stay overnight are not fooled by the pictures or prices offered 🤗🙏🏻Thank you Pakemsari Hotel & Villa

Tired of getting a job, instead I got wedian facilities 🙂 this is the only hotel closest to the job place, told to pay double, the room on the 3rd floor doesn't have an AC/fan, the toilet has to be a modified toilet. The Sower is weird. DO NOT RECOMMEND👎👎👎

DO YOU REGRET!!?DO NOT COME HERE?!!Even though you have already paid on your cellphone, you still have to pay again, which is double the payment🤦 of paying on your cellphone.When you pay in the application, you have to pay again when you are at the reception.Where the hotel is dirty, the TV is broken, there is no place to charge the cellphone, the pillow smells, the mattress is crumbling/damaged, the toilet is dirty and there is no shower (even though the toilet looks comfortable in the app), I pay double at this hotel.

Don't be fooled by the prices on the Agoda or OYO applications because the promotional prices from these applications will not be the same when you come to the place, their reason is because the application is wrong, until finally my order was canceled from the hotel and until now the money they said would be The refund never came back, ORIGINAL PRICE 300 thousand TRIPLE ROOM BUT BECAUSE I USED THE APP THERE WAS A 70% DISCOUNT so I only paid around 130 thousand. Suddenly when I confirmed the hotel asked me to add more if I wanted that room, I showed them an application email with the price and type of room that was the deal, suddenly the hotel, without asking for permission or any solution, my booking was canceled and promised a refund, but I have been waiting for 3 weeks in good faith. there is none at all, I suggest don't open a hotel if you can't understand the rules of service business. Love the hotel.
