The worst accommodation, not even a star!!!!I made a reservation for lodging while planning my trip to Jeju.I made a reservation for a pension at a low price... but they unilaterally canceled the reservation / The reason is that they can't do business due to the coronavirus, but what I don't understand is that it was a reservation for accommodation in September, but it was corona????And when I searched for reservation again,They were accepting reservations by raising the price. They ended up using the false excuse of Corona.It was a unilateral cancellation of the reservation.And what's even more absurd...Reservations made on 9/8 and 9/9 are subject to unilateral cancellation.I immediately processed a refund...I re-booked again just to confirm.Unilaterally canceled as of 6/3I was notified...and the refund hasn't been processed yet.It didn't work, so I checked with Samsung Card.They say they don't accept cancellation slips...I did not receive a refund!!!!Currently in charge of pension management at Aewol-eup Office in JejuI called and filed a complaint with the consumer complaint center.The more I think about it, the more absurd it becomes....I called to cancel my reservation.The woman definitely doesn't know.Avoid and unilaterally hang up the phoneAfter that, my number was blocked.They called my phone to cancel the approval.They told me they couldn't receive it right away and passed it on.I called again from a regular landline.There's a signal, but I'm not receiving it.Hongyang Pension!!! I am leaving this because there are no reviews.Stayed for 2 nights.Although it looks old on the outside, it is a 4-star accommodation with a nice view, cozy, and well-maintained interior.As you can see in the photo, you can see the Jeju sea right from the veranda. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the sea view from the veranda, and if you go a little further in front, there is a breakwater where you can see the sea from closer.It is convenient as there are various restaurants, cafes, and two convenience stores nearby.The bed was clean and there was no damp smell from the blankets and pillows. You seem to be good at doing laundry.Basic towels are provided, but if you run out of them, you can bring the towels provided at the entrance.There is basic shampoo, body wash, and dryer, but no soap.The TV works well and there is a sofa. It's comfortable, so it's perfect for lying down at night while listening to the sound of the ocean waves.The only thing that is disappointing is that the noise between the caves is audible, so you can hear footsteps from the bottom floor. It's quiet after 12 o'clock because it's bedtime, but you can clearly hear footsteps between floors and the sound of the upstairs bathroom running water in the evening.The location is about a 20-minute drive from the rental car zone at Jeju Airport and about 30 minutes from the entrance to the Aewol, Jungmun, and Hallasan courses.
