Good sea view near the beach.BUT,,,noisiness!The smell in the room was amazing!!Room cleaning/cleanliness is terrible!!!Air conditioner malfunction in the middle of the night -> Management office call!!!!

The sea view from the living room and bedroom is fantastic, and there is a large lawn garden, swimming pool, and trees~Towel exchange booth in front of the management office~ It’s a fresh idea considering the convenience of users.I really liked the clean and simple accommodation.president!! Manager!! Thank you so much and appreciate it~I look forward to your next visit~^^

Looking at the reviews, it seemed like it had been remodeled, but there was a mild septic tank smell in several bathrooms. Since it doesn't go away even when I turn on the exhaust fan, I think there's something wrong with the plumbing in the toilet. But why do five or six bathrooms on two floors smell at the same time?Other than that, it was fine except that it was a little uncomfortable because there was nothing in the room that could be used as a table.

The newly built rooms are nice. The sewer smell needs to be corrected and the service is friendly and good. The barbecue is good and the retriever is cute~

Although the exterior is old after remodeling, the interior is clean. The entire ocean view is great, but it's a 3-story pension with no elevator, so it's quite inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or are staying for a long period of time. Although the maintenance is poor, there is a pool and BBQ is available. Parking is located in front of the management office and is a bit far from the guest room building (inconvenient to move when it rains or has a lot of luggage).The location of the pension is on a hill, so walking is somewhat inconvenient.

This accommodation is full of cockroaches.This is an accommodation where the manager's mindset is to catch cockroaches when they appear.This is an accommodation where women are not alone and where men say they can't even catch cockroaches.The condition of the accommodation and cooking utensils are in the worst condition.If you like cockroaches, be sure to stay two nights.

The young male owner is very kind!Hot water runs well and the washing machine is usable.Towels and toilet paper are well placed!I stayed for a week and I am satisfied.
