The rooms and service were all good, but the location was a bit weird... It was hard to find, and there were a lot of places that said they wouldn't order delivery when I tried.

I need to use a PC, but the mouse doesn't work.I asked the counter lady to take a look, and she said she would understand. I kept waiting, but she didn't come.I finally contacted the owner through the cleaning lady, and he came to my room.He said he was busy right now because it was a weekend evening and it was time for customers to check in, but it seemed like he was trying to fix it here and there, but since it wasn't working, he asked if he could just use it like this...Are the people coming in now the only guests?....We've already checked in, so I guess we're not even guests.When I asked to change my room, they said there was no room to change to because the room was full.This is a place where there is no such thing as a way to change rooms for reservation guests who have not yet checked in.We paid and stayed, but the room was defective.I'm angry at the attitude of trying to brush things off by saying that the repairman can't come right now because it's a holiday or that I can just not use the PC for a night.The PC is in the room by default, and if it breaks down,They said there was a defect in the room and it was worth getting a refund and leaving, but we were both tired so we just passed on it.This place has a very poor customer service attitude.

It's near Amnam Park and on a high hill, but since I was driving there, it didn't really matter. I was originally going to go see the sunrise, but everyone seemed to recommend watching the sunrise at home, so I didn't go. The room was big and the bed was big, so it was nice.There was a little noise between floors. There is an electric blanket on the bed, but the bed cover on top of it was so thin that it was hot even when the blanket was turned on at the lowest setting. The owner was very kind and I want to visit again next time.
