Although I never stayed here, I was having trouble finding my actual hotel. I stepped in and asked a gentleman by the name of Mr Jee on how to get to my hotel. He was very helpful by printing out a map and explaining to me. I told him that I will write a compliment, and here I am from my actual hotel, writing this compliment for Mr Jee. Thank you for going the extra mile.

We stayed for 15 days and we loved this little hotel. Is not fancy and big name hotel .. however the people are running it are great and made out stay easy and convenient.. the breakfast was simple freshly made every day. It also has a washer and dryer on site where you can wash your clothes. The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants shopping historic sites metro busses and 10 min walked for the bus to the airport. The staff is friendly and very helpful .. clean efficient and quiet

We very much appreciated the grace and generosity of the General Manager and his excellent staff! We had a miscommunication with a different reservation booking site that led to inadvertent cancellation of our family’s reservation.Long story short, the GM and Staff was very understanding, flexible and kind in helping us rebook our accommodations at Simple Stay even though it wasn’t their responsibility to do so. It was our family’s first visit to Seoul and we arrived at midnight exhausted and received a very kind welcome despite the miscommunication and the hotel being very booked.Our favorite aspects: hopping location, lovely delicious breakfast and service, clean, comfortable rooms, and laundry machines that we could use with credit card.Thank you so much Simple Stay, we will always remember you!

room is fine, I book it because it has a bath tube but it’s repainted, kind of looks old and dirty. People are nice, but tv and door lock does not functions well.Breakfast was included, that’s another reason I like here, just alike continental breakfast but better.Coffee machine is in the lobby,

A Beautiful place, Small and Beautiful as I travelled and needed rest for my next trip. It was clean and dainty with clean toilets. I loved it.

Excellent location, just in the Insadong shopping street where you can literally walk out of the hotel and see all kinds of restaurants. Also very close to subway station. Free breakfast and very nice, helpful staff
