Used in February 2017.good pointAs mentioned in other people's reviews, the lady who is kind and friendly and can speak English will take care of you.Floor heating is standard equipment and was comfortable even in extremely cold February.There is a microwave in the common space.Bad pointsThe room is small and the bed is tightly packed against the wall of the room.You have to take off your shoes at the entrance, and I was a little concerned that other guests' shoes were scattered at the entrance.*You cannot flush a large amount down the toilet; put it in the box next to it.

Small but comfortable rooms (at least for one person). Good cleaning and excellent service. Simple but sufficient breakfast (toast with jam/butter, egg, juice and coffee). The ideal location: close to the subway station and within walking distance to Myeongdong.The "shower" is simply a showerhead in the bathroom, so you soak everything when you bathe. Very uncomfortable but a fairly common "style" in Korea for some reason 🤷 It's a matter of taking a shower just before going to sleep or going out so the bathroom floor has time to dry (luckily it dries quite quickly).

The hotel room was pretty small and parts of the room seemed to fall apart . The bathroom had lots of black mold. A bit disappointing in comparison to the price we paid. But the location is great.

The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Our room was on the 4th floor. There was no elevator, the stairs were narrow, but we only had backpacks and it was convenient to climb. …

The rooms are quite small with the attached bathroom taking nearly one third of the space. Suited for a budget stay in seoul during short trips. The easy accessibility to the subway station a major highlight. Located very close to chungmuro station. They provide a light breakfast in the morning.Bread, and boiled eggs along with juice/coffee is provided. Toiletries and a hair drier are provided as well. Staffs are friendly and nice.

The bath was a type with a shower attached to the toilet, and it was small. The lady at the front desk is very kind. Anyway, the problem is the bath. Within walking distance of Myeong-dong in 10 to 15 minutes.

Negative points:- no elevator. Trouble for those who live on the 5th floor. Which was my case. The staircase is not lit at night- not much for breakfast- the coffee is not good at all- no air conditioning in the kitchen...- no knife to cut fruit. The receptionist told me to cut them with a butter knife available!- the bathroom sink is leaking- the air conditioning does not work well, not powerful enough. Poorly ventilated room- the mattress springs hurt the body- the batteries in the TV remote control were worn out when I arrived- no laundry- no one at reception on the day of my arrival. I had to call the receptionist to come and greet me.Positive points:- daily cleaning well done and daily change of bath towels- hotel 5 minutes from the metroConclusion: I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are really small, the bathroom as well. Breakfast is just toast and cooked eggs (not western eggs, they are more yellowish and taste a little off) plus some orange juice and coffee. There is no elevator in the hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage, be careful.
