The location of the apartment we stayed in (Gwanghwamun) was very good, with lots of really good restaurants just downstairs. 10-15min walk to Myeongdong and the train station is just a 2-3min walk away. Service was really responsive as well. The rooms were decently sized, albeit a bit dated. But overall a very comfortable stay! We would book to stay here again the next time we come back to Seoul!

I had a great experience staying at UH Suite near Myeongdong! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from all the shopping, street food, and major attractions. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Sky and Ann were very friendly and helpful during check-in and they provided great recommendations for local restaurants and transportation. I also appreciated the convenience of the nearby subway station, making it easy to explore the rest of Seoul.

I first saw this hotel chain on Tik Tok, and I must say it surpassed our expectations! The room/space:Our group included 5 people, and we booked a 2 bed 1 bathroom. One bedroom had two queen beds and there was a separate room that had one queen bed. The beds fit 2 people comfortably! The beds are a wee bit stiff but manageable. The room also had a mini dining area, a couch, a washer (no dryer but a drying rack), and a kitchenette (fridge, freezer, and microwave). We were very thankful for all the amenities because we stayed for 10 days and had some long nights!Location:You are surrounded by so many wonderful restaurants, Olive Young’s, and there’s a Starbucks on the second floor. There are also several bus stops about one minute from stepping out the hotel. Bonus review: there is a KBBQ spot right across the street from the hotel and I 100% recommend it! I will say that this district is quiet during the day but comes ALIVE at night. You will hear loud club music at 5:00am in the morning so be warned! This hotel is also about a 10 minute walk from the art district (Insadong) and Myeongdong.Service:Impeccable service. Probably the best customer service I have ever received. The manager, Sky, is absolutely incredible!! She went above and beyond her duties for our group. She helped us book a reservation, and she did not have to do that but she did in a heart beat (for some places you can only book using a Korean phone number). All in all, our group would like to thank Sky and Ann for their amazing service, and I would 100% stay at this location over the others simply because of their kindness and service.Overall: if you’re looking for somewhere that is super close to other districts, surrounded by food, close to public transportation, and has an active night life, UH Suite the Jongno will meet all your needs and then some.

We had a wonderful stay at UH Suite Jongno. It is a central location with access to buses and trains. Our room had beautiful night views of the streets and the sushi restaurant across the street was phenomal. Bit nothing beats the customer service the staff gave us. Since the beginning we were treated with kindness and patients. In the middle of the week we wanted to go to a restaurant but we need a korean number to reserve. So Sky went above and beyond for us and assisted us. The restaurant was incredible (Thank you Sky!) Amy questions we asked even if they didn't know the answer they found it for us. Sky and Ann are amazing and we are so thankful they made our trip to Seoul incredible.

If you like liveliness, this is the place for you. If you like quiet, I won’t recommend this place. The surrounding area is noisy until 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. The soundproofing of the room is very ordinary, the mattress is very ordinary, there are not many English instructions, and many things cannot be used. There are many restaurants nearby and Oliver Young. It only takes 15 minutes to walk from Myeongdong, which is very convenient.

A great place to stay.My large family of 6 just spent 2 weeks here. Although it was small with only 1 bathroom, there were 3 beds and a couch so it worked great. We didn't have a view in our room, but each room had an AC unit, which was great especially in July. The location was great (although loud bars in the street, this is to be expected in this area), so close to 2 subway lines, lots of action, many restaurants, and things to do. The center of Seoul so to speak.Seoul is a great and safe place to stay, and this hotel was no exception. There was a washer which was great for our longer stay, and a kitchen which was perfect! We got water and fresh towels daily and cleaning of the room every 4 days. The customer service was top notch. Whatsapp messaging from before our stay to answer any of our questions, and so helpful for tourism and directions and whatever else we could have needed.Again customer service and staff was the best we've seen in all of our travels!

If you’re prioritizing location and ease after partying, this could be a good choice. We were looking for a clean and comfortable spot to unwind in after adventuring all day. We learned the hard way that this property’s pictures do not well represent their property. It is more like a hostel than a hotel. Upon arriving we found that we were assigned to the room only a few feet from the front desk and upon entering our room, we were unimpressed with the unpleasant smell, dirty walls and carpet and furniture. We reached out to Expedia to ask if we could possibly cancel our six nights at this facility; Expedia suggested we speak with the front desk workers. We were denied the option of a refund and no one checked in with us about our concerns. We chose to leave early due to the fact that the property was not what we were expecting for our family vacation. Our friends stayed at a hotel nearby with a great lobby, welcoming and accommodating staff and clean and comfortable room for a similar price; we would recommend looking around the area for better options.
