Very close to the subway station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. The service staff are very friendly.

For this price and location, the CP value is very high! The only two drawbacks are that the room smells a bit musty and the refrigerator is very small. The grilled sausages on the other side are not recommended, so don’t get offended 🤣The pig's feet next door are pretty good. If you're too lazy to travel too far, you can take them back to your room to eat.

Great value for money. You are literally in the centre of the city with major attractions and nightlife nearby, including line 1 of metro only few meters away. The rooms are small but for 1/2 persons are perfect. We only stayed 1 night and it was exactly what we were looking for. Most of cities in Europe don't have such a great deal when it comes to accomodation so central, clean and at the same time silent.

Really fuss-free and pleasant experience here for the price — clean rooms, nice bed, sufficient space for luggage. Laundry self-service and dryer is available, very kind owners. Location is also good with restaurants/bars and cafes in the area. I will recommend anyone who’s looking for an affordable private room! I will definitely consider staying here againFYI - rooms won’t be cleaned/made during your stay; but you can use the vaccum cleaner located on the hall; throw your own trash outside your rooms during your stay

The location is very good. Close to almost all the landmarks to visit in Seoul. It has laundry areas on the 3rd and 6th floor that can be used for free. On the sixth floor it has a microwave, kettle and water dispenser. The girl at the reception is very friendly, despite the language limitation because I only speak Spanish. I must admit that the first impression of the hotel was very bad, it is located in a very commercial area where there is a lot of noise and people smoke excessively, so the room smelled a lot of cigarettes when we entered, the shower area is the From the toilet itself, a hand shower comes out of the sink, so you have to change the water outlet depending on the use you want to give it (shower or sink), since it is a single area, everything stays wet after taking a shower. They do not clean the room, there are vacuum cleaners on the outside of each floor for each guest to use as needed. They only give very small towels that they change if you request it. Our first night of 4 that we stayed was horrible because it coincided with the paving of the road, so the noise was terrible, we couldn't rest that night. The following nights were a little better, but the windows do not sufficiently isolate the noise from the street and some light passes through the curtains. There is also no place to put suitcases or clothes, so we had clothes scattered on the floor and some guests leave their suitcases in the hallway because they don't fit in the room.
