The location is great. Room spacious. Booked via Booking.com. picture of the room was a double. Arrived to find 2 single beds. When asked, I was told I would need to pay more for double. The bathroom is a wash room. Sealant inbedded with mould.

The price can't be beat being in Seoul and only about 3 blocks from Seoul Station. The rooms are clean, the room is simple but everything you need to get a warm shower and a good night's sleep.

A small hotel located near Seoul Stadium. There are local shops and small pubs nearby, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. A suitable place to spend your first night after arriving in Korea. The rooms are relatively small, but have everything necessary, a small kitchenette, clean bedding, a small bathroom with unfortunately visible effects of the humid climate.

It is a mediocre room in a good location, near Seoul station. The room is of a good size and nice that there is a washing machine. The bathroom is very small, everything gets wet after showering. The worst part was all the mold in the room and especially bathroom, very nasty

Location: great, super closed to train station and grocery store
Room # 108: bad. (1) The hairs on the floor from previous customers (2) really bad sewer smell. We turned on the bathroom vent still couldn't resolve the bad smell (3) small size - enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. Will be like sardine packed if for 4 adults (4) WiFi password not available in the room, waited for 1 day+ for password.
Note: if you check in late at night, make sure they provide you the room key passcode. Do not rely on them to print and left on the door. My whole family got stuck at the front entrance for awhile. Luckily someone left the entrance door opened. But I have to call from my US phone# to Korea to get hold of someone to read my room passcode.

This is my third time using this service, in February 2023 and January 2024.This time, only single rooms were available, so I booked a single room.It was a rooftop room on the third floor.Unfortunately・There were no slippers in the bathroom.The room was there from last time.I had no choice but to buy it at Daiso.・There was no hot water on the first day.I got help via LINE late at night, and it was fixed the next day, but I felt depressed from the first day and couldn't enjoy the trip.The service wasn't bad, but I think the provision of hot water is the minimum level of service.・Towels were not replaced.I knew that there was no exchange of bath towels. A new face towel was always hung on the doorknob the next day, so I thought it would be the same this time, so I put the used towel in the designated place on the first day, but it wasn't replaced for three days. Has the system changed?The location was good and I liked it, but to be honest, this time, for the first time, I couldn't enjoy the trip at all and just wanted to go home as soon as possible.The price was low, so I didn't mind the smell of sewage, no room cleaning, and the fact that everyone had to dispose of their own trash, which I knew from the beginning, but it was really painful not to have hot water.Single rooms are definitely not recommended! ︎If it is a twin single specification, I may repeat it.As a side note, the cafe in front of the guesthouse was closed, so maybe the management has changed.

Reception with maximum welcome and courtesy, here you will be given all the instructions on how to move around the city and what to see, maximum availability for whatever you need, here you feel at home, clean, tidy rooms with super accessories, very reasonable prices, location strategic due to its proximity to the subway and train station, quick connections to the airport.
