The room was so cozy and warm. The rooms were large and the spa was large, so I enjoyed it leisurely.There's also a kitchen, so it's perfect for snacking on ramen in the morning!!!!!I think this is a hotel where you don't have to worry whether you come with family, friends, or lovers. It's even better because there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The room was clean and the atmosphere was good. I tried the bath bomb sold here and it smelled good. The staff were friendly and I made my stay comfortable, so I think I will come again next time.

It was quiet and the atmosphere was very pretty. The staff responded kindly, so I had a comfortable stay..!! Overall, I was very satisfied as everything was clean.

Great hotel for a trip, spacious clean room, huge onsen style bathtub, awesome location!My wife lost her phone in an Uber and they kindly rendered help to liaise with the driver to retrieve back the phone as we dont understand korean language.They even help us with the laundry!Overall, it's a great place !

It was in front of a downtown area and I got a lower floor, but I didn't feel that it was noisy. The jacuzzi was big and sufficient, and it smelled good when I left out the bath products. I came in the summer, and the air conditioning worked well, and the TV worked, so I was able to relax comfortably watching in bed, in the jacuzzi, and while eating. I had a good rest.

My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The large windows provided lots of natural light and offered a nice city view. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep!!

First of all, I thought it would be noisy because it was in a food alley, but the location was good as it wasn't noisy and there were a lot of places to eat nearby, and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful.The accommodation is a hotel with an atmosphere that any girlfriend would like and even has a spa, so I plan to use it often in the future!

As soon as I came in, I was once again surprised by the good scent and clean facilities.The location is good, so there are many tourist attractions nearby, so there's a lot to see, and since it's near City Hall Station, there are a lot of good restaurants!The soundproofing was better than I expected :)Rest comfortably and heal before leaving!!100% willing to come again next time!!!!!

Great hotel for a family trip, spacious clean room, huge onsen style bathtub, awesome location!What needs to be improved is the service.It is unacceptable for 4-5* property to have cleaning until 2pm only. So if you are late owl, they won't clean the room and just drop fresh towels and water outside. For this price tag it should not be this way.Reception is also not 24hrs and for self check-in instructions you need to chase the hotel. On my arrival day I was the one messaging the hotel, not other way around. Also not really up to 4-5* standards.Also beware of their weak ventilation system. My leather bag was bloated overnight because of humidity even though we used air-cond.Overall, it's a great option specifically for a families, when you need a bigger room and some kitchen area.If not, just opt for an international 5* hotel chains, it will be better service for sure.
