I found this hotel on a Google maps search of Insadong, and I am very happy I did. This hotel was truly amazing. Most of the front desk staff speak English, so the language barrier is not as bad for an English-speaking tourist like me. …

I found this hotel on Google Maps, and I am so glad I did. The front desk staff were incredible to interact with. Most of them speak English, which really helped an English-speaking tourist such as myself. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and really clean. Each room has robes, slippers, teapot, mini fridge, and safe (built into desk). What I loved even more than the staff was the location. Hotel is steps away from Insadong Culture Street. Additionally, 4 other major attractions are within reasonable walking distance: Gyeongbokgung Palace, Cheonggyecheon urban stream, Changdeokgung Palace, and Bukchon Hanok Village. The Jong-Gak metro station is only 3 blocks away, so getting to the metro is very easy. This hotel can get pricy, but it was worth it to me for the staff, the rooms, and the location.

It’s about a 3-minute walk from Jonggak Station. There are great functions nearby and a lot of food. There are a lot of delicious food in Jongno. The housekeeping staff cleans the room every day. The space is large enough and there is a washing machine and dryer at your own expense, which is very convenient.

I stayed here for 2 nights for work. The room is new, clean and comfortable. It is located right behind Insa-dong and is a convenient location with many shops. Very good as a business hotel.- Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the basement floor. There are no windows and you may feel cramped.- There are contemporary art pieces everywhere, including the lobby.

Excellent hotel, just next to palace. Nice rooms, breakfast is decent, but can use a little more variety. Excellent service. There's a small gym, but no pool. The staff is nice, always helpful, ask for more water bottles.

Great hotel close to the metro and Itasong shops. Very clean and very helpful staff who even offered umbrellas when the rain bucketed down. Fab laundry too. Friendly leaning staff who did a great job of daily room service. …
