Terrible experience. Do not stay at this apartment! When we checked in late last night the room was really disgusting and had not been cleaned after the previous visitor. The toilet was horrible (stains, hair and marks everywhere), the floor was full of foot prints, garbage was left, dust all over and the bathroom floor was so dirty that your socks stuck to the floor. Wi-if did not work either. Had to spent 1hour chatting with the guy responsible and he just said that he was sorry if there was some hairs in the apartment. Like, I sent him 20 pictures showing just how disgusting it was and all he took from it was some hairs? He said this was not a hotel so I guess that means he thinks this is ok? He offered to send a maid over, which would be here by midnight. Meaning he thought it was ok for us to wait up after a loooong flight and we had to get up at 0530 the day after. He then sent a maid the day after and guess what that person did? He/she has sprayed the toilet with the shower head! There’s water everywhere, the toilet paper is soaking wet and the apartment is still dirty. I’m really hoping you don’t book this place and have to go through the same experience that we have don. Completely ruined the stay and taken sooo much of our time.

This apartment is located on the upper floor of a large building, less than 5 minutes walk from Chungmuro Station.Next door is Tmark Hotel.There is no front desk, and it is a bit troublesome to enter the room by yourself using LINE, but the room size is 30m2Two queen size beds.It has a kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave oven, and washing machine.I stayed on the 17th floor, a high floor, so the view was good.The furniture is a little old-fashioned, but there are no particular problems.The toilet has a washlet.There is no bathtub, but the shower cubicle is separated by glass and is clean.Rinse-in shampoo, body soap, and hair dryer are provided.Wi-Fi is also fine.If you have any trouble, contact us via LINE and we will respond right away.The price is unbelievable at around 3000 yen per night.There are many restaurants and delicious restaurants in the surrounding area.It's just a 10 minute walk to downtown Myeong-dong.The airport limousine bus stop is also nearby.It is also suitable for long-term stays.This is a place I would like to stay as a regular lodging.
