If I could give this place zero stars I would. The lady KNOWS she is illegally advertising this place as a certified quarantine facility, when it is not. Multiple rooms share one bathroom, you have to walk through workspace areas to get to the front door, and it is impossible to not interact with other guests while you are here. This would be fine normally but given the global crisis, this is false advertising and 1000% ILLEGAL. Both the renter and other tenants can get in serious legal trouble for this. She also asks for PayPal payments to be sent via “friends and family” which is ALSO ILLEGAL, but convinces you to do so under guise of “not knowing how PayPal works and not being responsible for the fee”. After you realize it’s illegal, she tells renters they are free to leave and only have to pay a fee for the first night. Then she tries to sneak in extra fees by saying she ordered food for you (outside of what was already promised, that you did not ask for?) and that there are extra cleaning fees and then pretends she has PayPal issues and cannot issue you a refund. By the time you contact PayPal and realize she is lying and that she requested a friends and family transaction so you do not have buyer’s protection, it’s too late and she’s scammed you of your money and turned it into your own problem.TLDR: she knows what she is doing, she is scamming people and getting away with it bu being too rude for you to want to deal with her.

Falsely listed as quarantine place, so had to change places. Do not let the images fool you. It is shabby and overpriced. On top of that, the manager was so rude and disrespectful. She mocked me for my American accent and would not give me back my refund because she said she was "busy."

Airbnb description is very deceptive. You do not have a living area or kitchen for yourself, it is a community area next door. We discovered our third floor location was only accessible up FOUR flights of narrow stairs, and had the bonus feature of an unmentioned CCTV watching us in the hallway INSIDE our apartment (which we then covered with a plastic bag). Tiny, tiny, tiny rooms, barely big enough to hold single size beds. Crew will come in during the day to pick up your trash. That sounds like a "plus", but it's not. They shouldn't enter the place and then turn off the lights, airconditioning, whatever. No telling what else they rummage through while you're out for the day.

Very nice room, well worth the price! A bit small for two people but it's fine for short stays. I very much enjoyed our time here.
