Reached really late around 1am but fortunately for us the owner was waiting for us and redirected us to a sister hotel just one block up the hill called Raum169, which we felt was an upgrade honestly.FacilitiesCafe/lounge area at hotel lobby level with TV, coffee, sofa, tables and chairs and even a recycling corner with recycling bins.RoomWe had a Double Room with Queen bed. Big tv with netflix and TV cable programmes (limited to those free ones), bathrobe, a mini fridge, small towels, toiletries for men and women, a coffee table with kettle, cups, and Maxim coffee. Coffee, paper cups, toilet paper and towels are refilled daily as part of Housekeeping!Toilet was very spacious and clean, water pressure was good, with tap/shower head/rain shower. Shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel provided. Toilet water pressure was good so we could flush down toilet papers, rather than throwing them in a dustbin like in some parts of Seoul with lower water pressure. No bidet.AmmenitiesToilet available at the reception so you could come back to use the washroom after checking out.Luggage storage available behind the reception, large area that is manned by reception.Self check out available, just drop the card in the mailbox.Security:Lift access is via card access only.StaffStaff were attentive and helpful, spoke good English and one even spoke Mandarin

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotelier deliberately arranged the wrong room for me and refused to admit it. The room I booked obviously had sunlight, but they arranged for me a room that was not exposed to the sun. Unlock the suitcase room. You still quibble that this is an upgrade. What the hell, upgrade to a room without a table and unable to turn around? And threaten you to check out if you are not satisfied. This is simply a gangster! This person seems to be a Chinese in South Korea, and he treats Chinese people He has a very bad attitude, and I don't know who gave him the heart and courage of a leopard.The room had a very strange smell, the soundproofing was very poor, there was no elevator, and the air-conditioning was extremely cold as soon as I entered. The tall building next to it also emits oil fumes here, and the air in the hotel is very bad!There is never anyone at the front desk.This merchant has good reviews on various platforms, such as China's Xiaohongshu and agoda. The high scores on these platforms are abnormal. There are a lot of baffling reviews about upgrading to another new hotel. So I went out to look for the so-called new building when there was no one at their front desk, but I walked around and didn't see the new building. When I asked the merchant, he didn't answer me at all, so it was a scam. It doesn't exist at all.
